Abstract:
The present invention is suitable for optical applications with excellent transparency through a haze value of 1.5% or lower and particles that are hardly visible to the naked eye, by producing a film using particles having little difference in refractive index in polyethylene terephthalate (PET), which is a commonly-used polyester film, and can provide a highly transparent optical film capable of improving a winding property by forming surface roughness of 4 nm or higher.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a low-viscosity liquid epoxy resin composition and a pressure vessel manufactured using the same, and, more particularly, to a low-viscosity liquid epoxy resin composition, which has good workability due to low viscosity of the epoxy resin composition and exhibits both excellent elongation and an excellent glass transition temperature, and thus is applicable to pressure vessels for compressed natural gas and pressure vessels for compressed hydrogen gas, and a pressure vessel having excellent pressure-resistant characteristics manufactured using the same.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an easily removable paper tube used for winding material, such as fabric, a band, a film, and so forth, and a method for successively using articles, each of which uses the paper tube, and, more specifically, to an easily removable paper tube and a method for successively using articles that use the paper tube, in which the paper tube is effectively removed, without deforming a roll of material wound around the paper tube, such use of the material enabled by releasing it from the inside of the roll with the paper tube removed, thereby increasing the unrolling speed of the material, and a first article and a second article, each of which includes wound material, are connected to each other for use, thereby allowing successive provision of the articles, and thus remarkably increasing a rate of successive production.
Abstract:
A nonwoven fabric having improved air permeability and strength is formed with a filament of sheath-core shape, the core part being constituted with blending a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) having melting point (Tm) of 250˜270° C. of 40 to 60 parts by weight with a polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT) having melting point of 215˜235° C. of 10 to 50 parts by weight, the sheath part being constituted with a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) having melting point of 210˜230° C. of 10 to 30 parts by weight, and the core and sheath parts being spun with conjugate respectively, and formed with a web. The bicomponent nonwoven fabric uses a bicomponent polymer and improved spin method with conjugate and blending spinning to produce PTT nonwoven fabric having an improved strength and air permeability and soft property and proper resistance which are required for a variety of uses and to produce it economically.

Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a dielectric adhesive film for an electronic paper display device, by which the operating performance of a flexible display device is excellent even applying a high voltage when the flexible display device is operated, by controlling a dielectric constant with respect to an adhesive film for attaching a lower electrode to which a voltage is applied with an image upper electrode on which particles, which possess electric charges with various colors that change according to an applied voltage, are coated to adjust the electric charges of the adhesive film in the thickness direction to thereby minimize loss of the applied voltage while maintaining an adhesive property and reliability.
Abstract:
A flame-retardant polyester decorative sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a core layer comprising a polyester resin and a polyphosphonate; and a skin layer, which is positioned on at least one surface of the core layer and contains a polyester resin and a polyphosphonate, wherein the content of a color master batch in the skin layer is greater than that in the core layer, thereby solving a discoloration problem caused by a fire retardant agent while satisfying Flame Retardant Performance Standards of Notification No. 2019-2 of the National Fire Agency, and thus a flame-retardant polyester decorative sheet, which has a color tone deviation equal to that of a conventional decorative sheet product using no fire retardant agent, can be provided.
Abstract:
A biaxially oriented polyester film according to the present invention is a biaxially oriented polyester film comprising inorganic particles and a polyester resin, wherein the hardness of a roll obtained by slitting a master roll on which the biaxially oriented polyester film is wound and then by being rewound thereon at a winding tension of 6.5 kg/m to 8.5 kg/m, a winding surface pressure of 35 kg/m to 50 kg/m and a winding rate of 300 m/min to 350 m/min, is 90 to 95 points. The biaxially oriented polyester film prevents the roll from forming wrinkles over time in a roll wound state, and therefore when used as an interlayer of a secondary battery separator, can prevent wrinkles from transferring onto the separator.

A pore-filled ion exchange polyelectrolyte composite membrane from which the surface ion exchange polyelectrolyte has been removed and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The ion exchange polyelectrolyte composite membrane exhibits low film resistance and low in-plane-direction swelling degree, and has a smaller film-thickness than a commercial film, and thus, can be used for various purposes. In addition, since the pore-filled ion exchange polyelectrolyte composite membrane is continuously manufactured through a roll-to-roll process, the manufacturing process is simple, and manufacturing costs can be greatly reduced.
