摘要: The present invention provides a multilayered biodegradable film, a method for manufacturing same, and an eco-friendly packaging material comprising same. Specifically, the multilayered biodegradable film comprises two or more kinds of different thermoplastic resin layers, which are alternately laminated and include: a first resin layer containing as a main ingredient a polylactic acid-based polymer; and a second resin layer containing as a main ingredient an aliphatic polyester-based resin or an aliphatic-aromatic copolymer polyester-based resin, the uniformity (LUI) of the first resin layer being adjusted to 0.2 μm or less. Therefore, the multilayered biodegradable film retains excellent biodegradability and can improve the uniformity, flexibility, transparency, external appearance characteristics, and degrees of noise of final films, and thus can be utilized as a packaging material in various fields to enable the provision of a high-quality, eco-friendly packaging material.

摘要: According to the present invention, provided is a PDLC film, which includes a PDLC layer excellent in thickness uniformity and is suppressed from causing liquid crystal leakage from the PDLC layer. A method of producing a polymer dispersed liquid crystal film of the present invention includes: applying, to a first transparent conductive film, an emulsion including a solvent, and polymer particles and liquid crystal particles dispersed in the solvent to form an applied layer; drying the applied layer to form a polymer dispersed liquid crystal layer containing a polymer matrix and the liquid crystal particles dispersed in the polymer matrix; and laminating a second transparent conductive film on the polymer dispersed liquid crystal layer, wherein the polymer particles include first polymer particles and second polymer particles, and wherein an average particle diameter of the second polymer particles is larger than an average particle diameter of the first polymer particles.

摘要: The present invention relates to a biaxially stretched film containing polylactic acid (PLA) and polyhydroxy alkanoate (PHA), a laminate, and an eco-friendly packaging material comprising the film. Specifically, the biaxially stretched film of the present invention contains a specific range of content of PHA and satisfies a specific range of flexibility-noise complex index (LSN), and thus can improve optical and thermal characteristics and reduce the degree of noise, while having excellent strength and flexibility. In addition, the laminate of the present invention comprises first and second layers having a specific composition and thus can attain the improvement in the above characteristics and maintain excellent interlayer adhesive characteristics due to interlayer compatibility of the first and second layers. Therefore, the biaxially stretched film and the laminate can be utilized as packaging materials in various fields, thereby providing high-quality packaging materials.

摘要: Multi-layer biaxially oriented compostable composite film with a sealant layer formulation has improved heat seal initiation temperature, enhanced plateau seal strength, and broadened heat seal temperature range, while optical clarity is maintained, and film modulus (noise) is reduced. The film includes a core layer comprising a PLA-rich biodegradable composite resin, and a heat sealable layer comprising 20 to 60 wt % amorphous polylactic acid resin, and 40 to 80 wt % flexible compostable polymeric modifier Y having a glass transition temperature of Tg≤0° C. and a melting temperature of 56° C.≤Tm≤90° C. Specifically, the flexible compostable polymeric modifier includes 20 to 70 wt % polybutylene succinate-co-adipate (PBSA) copolymer and 5 to 35 wt % polycaprolactone as a promoter of low heat seal initiation temperature (SIT) and hermeticity. The inventive compostable composite film is desirable to have improved home compostability.

摘要: A laminated polyester film according to the present invention comprises: a core layer; and a sub-layer laminated on at least one surface of the core layer and containing a first particle and a second particle which are different components, wherein an average diameter of the first particle is 6 to 20 times of an average diameter of the second particle. Types, different properties, sizes, and contents of the first particle and the second particle are adjusted to solve the image blurring phenomenon and prevent a winding fault generated during processing and winding a final product. Therefore, workability and perfection of a final product can be increased and the defect rate can be decreased.

摘要: A multilayer film having a multi-layer structure unit which is a 51-layered or more multiple layer formed by alternately layering a layer (A layer) a main component of which is a polyester resin (resin A) having a dicarboxylic component and a diol component, and a layer (B layer) a main component of which is a thermoplastic resin (resin B) different from the resin A in optical properties; wherein at least one surface of the multi-layer structure unit has a refractive index of 1.68 or more and 1.80 or less, wherein the surface has a critical load of 15 mN or less at 100° C. in a scratch test, and wherein the multilayer film has at least one reflection bandwidth having a reflectance of 30% or more continuous over a wavelength width of 20 nm or more in a profile of reflectance measured on at least one surface side of the multi-layer structure unit.
