摘要: Disclosed is a process for producing an oxazoline derivative from a non-protected sugar in a simple manner. Also disclosed is a process for producing a glycoside by utilizing the product of the aforementioned process. A sugar oxazoline derivative is synthesized in one step in an aqueous solution from a sugar having a free hemiacetalic hydroxy group and an amido group by using a haloformamidinium derivative as a dehydrating agent. A glycoside compound is produced by using the oxazoline derivative as a sugar donor and also using a sugar dehydrogenase. The method can be applied to the production of a compound having a long sugar chain, and is therefore useful for the production of a physiologically active oligosaccharide, a carrier for a drug delivery system, a surfactant, a carbohydrate-based drug, a glycopeptide, a glycoprotein, a carbohydrate polymer or the like.

摘要: A guiding device guides, in a main body of a liquid ejection apparatus, a flexible passage forming member having a passage therein in a predetermined routing direction while curving the passage forming member. The guiding device includes a holding member. The holding member is engaged with a curved section of the passage forming member, and holds the curved section in an undeformable manner in the apparatus main body. The holding member guides the passage forming member in the routing direction. Thus, the guiding device is capable of efficiently routing passage forming members while bending the members in a body of a liquid ejection apparatus.

摘要: A connection part is attached to an end of a liquid delivery tube, the connection part being provided with a flow path for changing the flowing direction of a liquid. A method for attaching the connection part to the liquid delivery tube comprises the steps of: preparing a pin having a leading end portion of substantially the same section as that of the flow path of the liquid delivery tube and an arcuate portion which curves in an arc from the leading end portion so as to have a substantially constant section; inserting the leading end portion of the pin into the flow path from at least one end of the liquid delivery tube; placing dies so as to enclose at least one end of the liquid delivery tube; forming the connection part by outsert molding from resin which fills the dies in which the liquid delivery tube and the pin are placed; and extracting the pin from the liquid delivery tube in a direction along the arcuate shape of the pin after removal of the dies from the liquid delivery tube and the connection part.

摘要: A superior cement dispersant and a concrete composition containing the cement dispersant, the cement dispersant being a water-soluble amphoteric copolymer which contains an alkylene oxide adduct of a polyamide polyamine having an unsaturated group and at least two types of polyalkylene glycol ester. When the cement dispersant is compounded with a concrete composition, the dispersion performance thereof increases with time, and the concrete viscosity is effectively decreased. The cement dispersant composition contains a water-soluble amphoteric copolymer or the neutralized salt thereof as an essential component, which is obtained by copolymerizing an alkylene oxide adduct of a polyamide polyamine having an unsaturated group, (meta)acrylic acid or an alkali metal, ammonium, or alkanolamine salt thereof, an ester of an alkylene glycol and methacrylic acid, and an ester of an alkylene glycol and acrylic acid. In addition, the concrete composition containing the above cement dispersant is also disclosed.
