    摘要: A vehicle drive control apparatus includes an engine that generates power through combustion of fuel, an automatic transmission that transmits a reverse input from a driving wheel to the engine and automatically performs a gear shifting among a plurality of forward gear stages each having a different gear ratio, a fluid power transmission device interposed between the automatic transmission and the engine for transmitting power through fluid, the fluid power transmission device having a lock-up clutch, and a controller. The controller executes a fuel cut control for stopping supply of the fuel to the engine upon establishment of a fuel cut condition including that a vehicle is in a coasting state where a throttle valve of the engine is fully closed, and an engine speed is equal to or higher than a predetermined value, executes a control for engaging the lock-up clutch upon establishment of a lock-up clutch engagement condition including that the vehicle is in the coasting state, and executes a control of the automatic transmission for downshifting at a coast down vehicle speed that changes in accordance with a state of the lock-up clutch under the control for engaging the lock-up clutch.

    摘要: A shift control system for a vehicular automatic transmission including a gear train to be set to a plurality of gear stages in accordance with the engaged or released states of a plurality of friction devices. The shift control system comprises: a mode selector for interchanging an automatic shift mode to effect a shift according to a first gear stage train, which is composed of a plurality of gear stages selected from those capable of being set with the gear train, a manual shift mode to effect a shift according to a second gear stage train, which is composed of other plural gear stages selected from those capable of being set with the gear train; an automatic shift output device for outputting a shift signal in accordance with the running state of the vehicle to set any of the gear stages of the first gear stage train when the automatic shift mode is selected; a gear stage selector for outputting an upshift signal and a downshift signal in response to the manual operations of upshift and downshift, respectively, when the manual shift mode is selected; a manual shift output device responding to the upshift signal and downshift signal outputted from the gear stage selector, for outputting a shift signal to select a gear stage from the second gear shift train and to set the selected gear stage; and a hydraulic controller for feeding/releasing an oil pressure to the friction devices to set the gear stage which is commanded by the shift signals outputted from the automatic shift output device and the manual shift output device.

    摘要: The formation mechanisms of devastating Hurricanes and Typhoons in the Northern Equator were analyzed.These Hurricanes and Typhoons have taken lives, property and devastation to the environment.We created a solution to save lives and the environmental effects. Hurricanes and Typhoons were found to form by the following two mechanisms: Mechanism (I): “High Sea-Surface Temperatures” along the Equator zone. Mechanism (II): “Anti-Clock-Wise Strong Westward Winds” along the Equator zone. We can prevent Mechanism (I). Various experiments were performed to prevent Mechanism (I). Results: spraying sea-water above the forming zone for about 20 min. reduces the Sea-surface temperature to 15.0° and prevents formations of Hurricanes and Typhoons. Also, as the best way to carry-out this process, is to find the high temperature zones by helicopters or drones equipped with Infrared-thermometers and guide Fireboat-fleets to the location even before the formations of Hurricanes and Typhoons.

    摘要: An automatic engine stop/restart-type vehicle and control method determine whether a vehicle is in a non-running range. The vehicle comprises: an engine; a transmission, an oil pump and a controller. The transmission has a coupling element that transmits an output torque of the engine. The oil pump supplies a hydraulic pressure to the transmission. The controller controls an output from the engine; controls the hydraulic pressure supplied to the transmission; and determines whether the engine is in an automatic stop state when a manually set mode of the transmission is shifted from a non-running range to a running range. A hydraulic pressure compensation procedure is performed to conform friction coupling characteristics of the coupling element and input characteristics of the transmission with each other if the controller determines that the engine is in the automatic stop state.
