摘要: A pattern matched pair of a front metal interconnect layer and a back metal interconnect layer having matched thermal expansion coefficients are provided for a reduced warp packaging substrate. Metal interconnect layers containing a high density of wiring and complex patterns are first developed so that interconnect structures for signal transmission are optimized for electrical performance. Metal interconnect layers containing a low density wiring and relatively simple patterns are then modified to match the pattern of a mirror image metal interconnect layer located on the opposite side of the core and the same number of metal interconnect layer away from the core. During this pattern-matching process, the contiguity of electrical connection in the metal layers with a low density wiring may become disrupted. The disruption is healed by an additional design step in which the contiguity of the electrical connection in the low density is reestablished.

摘要: The present invention generally comprises an apparatus that allows an RFID antenna to obtain information from an RFID tag mounted on a container. The apparatus reproduces the RF field generated by the antenna to a location proximate to the RFID tag. In one embodiment, the apparatus comprises a pickup device and a reproduction device electrically coupled with the pickup device. In another embodiment, the apparatus comprises at least one magnetic rod, which creates a magnetic path for the RF field to travel between the antenna and the RFID tag. In another embodiment, the apparatus comprises a pickup antenna and a reproduction antenna for transmitting the RF signal from the antenna proximate to the RFID tag.

摘要: The present invention relates to novel human hiwi protein and genes that encode such proteins. The invention is directed toward the isolation and characterization of human hiwi proteins. The invention specifically provides isolated complementary DNA copies of mRNA corresponding to a human hiwi gene. Also provided are recombinant expression constructs capable of expressing the human hiwi gene of the invention in cultures of transformed prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells, as well as such cultures of transformed cells that synthesize the human hiwi proteins encoded therein. The invention also provides methods for isolating human hematopoietic stem cells.

摘要: The present invention provides a digital filter which is capable of preventing filter outputs from being discontinuous when a filter characteristic is changed. Initially, a servo assistant (SA) computes parameters for computing servo data, and based on the computed parameters, the SA judges an operating mode. If the mode has been changed, the SA will advance in processing. Next, the parameters of a filter are changed in correspondence with the judged operating mode, and the initial values of the interior variables of the filter are set to appropriate values.

摘要: A data center cooling system may include heat transfer equipment to cool a liquid coolant without vapor compression refrigeration, and the liquid coolant is used on a liquid cooled information technology equipment rack housed in the data center. The system may also include a controller-apparatus to regulate the liquid coolant flow to the liquid cooled information technology equipment rack through a range of liquid coolant flow values based upon information technology equipment temperature thresholds.
