    摘要: A torque motor comprises a rotor having a pair of permanent magnet groups, and a pair of stator cores. Each magnet group includes a plurality of plate or rod-shaped permanent magnets arranged in a circumferential direction. The magnet groups are arranged asymmetrically with respect to a rotary axis of the rotor. That is, one magnet group is displaced one-half angle of the pitch angle of each permanent magnet from the symmetric position of the other magnet group with respect to the rotary axis of the rotor. Alternatively, the stator cores are arranged asymmetrically with respect to the rotary axis of the rotor so that a front end of one stator core is displaced from the symmetric position of a front end of the other stator core in the circumferential direction. A cylindrical magnetic cover is fitted on the rotor to cover the permanent magnets circumferentially.

    摘要: According to the present invention, a piping installation for supplying a low temperature fluid such as liquid nitrogen from a main pipe (17) of transporting the low temperature fluid to predetermined equipments (2, 4, 6), for example a cooling apparatus, by way of branch pipes (18, 19), is characterized in that a thermally insulated pipe having a small outer diameter is used for the branch pipes (18, 19). By reducing the diameter of the branch pipes (18, 19) of the piping installation, the occupation of them in a space can be reduced, whereby spaces (3, 5) where they are installed can be effectively utilized. By reducing the diameter of the branch pipes (18, 19), furthermore, the quantity of the low temperature fluid which has been hitherto discharged wastefully can be decreased.

The method includes: forming, over a substrate, a first metal layer and a first insulating layer having an opening and a first through-hole in order; forming a metal portion filled in the opening and a first plug filled in the first through-hole, by forming a metal film over the first insulating layer and planarizing the metal film until the first insulating layer is exposed; forming, over the first insulating layer, a second insulating layer, a second metal layer having an opening, and a third insulating layer in order; forming, in the second and third insulating layer, a second through-hole that passes through the opening of the second metal layer and exposes an upper face of the first plug; and forming a second plug filled in the second through-hole, and a reflective electrode connected to the second plug.

A second electrode pair includes two or more third electrode fingers disposed on the main surface such that the third electrode fingers and the first electrode fingers are disposed alternately with gaps therebetween and fourth electrode fingers disposed on the other main surface so as to face the third electrode fingers with the piezoelectric thin film therebetween. Insulating films are provided between the first and third electrode fingers. Each of the center-to-center distances Wa+Wm and Wf+Wm between the first and third electrode fingers that are disposed alternately is larger than a value twice the thickness T of the piezoelectric thin film.

    摘要: A piezoelectric resonator and a piezoelectric thin-film filter including the piezoelectric resonator. The piezoelectric resonator includes a piezoelectric layer disposed between a pair of conductive layers to form a vibrating region. Outer edges of the vibrating region each have a waveform. The vibrating region includes a peripheral portion extending along the outer edges of the planar shape and having a relatively small thickness; and a central portion extending inside the peripheral portion and having a relatively large thickness. The piezoelectric resonator is thus capable of suppressing long-wavelength spurious modes and short-wavelength spurious modes.
