    摘要： Disclosed are coating compositions including (A) at least one member selected from hydroxyl-containing polyacrylate, polymethacrylate, polyurethane, polyester, polysiloxane, and combinations of two or more of the foregoing, (B) at least one compound having blocked isocyanate groups and having alkoxysilane groups,wherein (i) the hydroxyl groups of component (A) are blocked with at least one acyclic orthoester, (ii) the compound (B) has at least one structural unit (II) —N(X—SiR″x(OR)3-x)n(X′—SiR″y(OR)3-y)m  (II), where R=hydrogen, cycloalkyl radical or alkyl radical, X,X′=linear and/or branched alkylene or cycloalkylene radical having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, R″=alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or aralkyl, n, m, x, y=0 to 2, and also m+n=2, and (i) at least 90 mol % of the alkoxysilane groups are ethoxysilane groups. Also disclosed are multistage coating processes, use of the compositions as clearcoat materials and application of the processes for automotive OEM finishing.

The coating composition comprises (A) at least one radiation-curing binder, (B) nanoparticles, and (C) optionally at least one reactive diluent and/or optionally a solvent, and wherein the nanoparticles (B) comprise silicon dioxide nanoparticles , the silicon dioxide nanoparticles have a d50 of between 80 and 300 nm, and the silicon dioxide nanoparticles have a particle size distribution wherein less than 15% by weight of the particles have a size in the range of less than 80 nm, 75% to 95% by weight of the particles have a size in the range from 80 to 300 nm, 0% to 5% by weight of the particles have a size in the range from more than 300 to 1000 nm, and 0% to 5% by weight of the particles have a size in the range from more than 1000 nm to 10 000 nm.

The present invention additionally provides multistage coating methods using these coating compositions, and the use of the coating compositions as clearcoat, and application of the coating method for automotive refinish and/or for the coating of plastics substrates.
