The MFP 1 transmits an e-mail message generated based on the received information to an e-mail address of the administrator of the MFP 1 that is stored in advance in a hard disk drive 207 of the MFP 1.

摘要： In an image processing system according to the present invention, a first device encrypts image data generated by reading an image in a document, stores a decryption key for decrypting the image data, and transmits the image data to a data storing device. A second device receives the image data from the data storing device, sends a request for the decryption key to the first device and receives the decryption key, decrypts the image data with the decryption key, and performs print processing on the image data. Thus, users can easily perform print processing without the need to remember authentication and printer information.

A control part having two CPUs controls the safety output and the connection output according to a program based on the input from the input device. 摘要： The present invention provides, at a lower cost, a highly reliable data reading method and data reading apparatus that can improve backward sequential reading performance. The disk drive is provided with a magnetic disk and a control section having an HDC, a RAM, an MPU controlling the operation of the entire HDD, including control of the HDC, a ROM, and an I/F for connecting to an external host device. The control section executes a backward reading detection step that detects backward reading, a step of receiving a command that reads a block of a first length from a first LBA, a step that reads a block of the first length from the first LBA when backward reading is detected, and a step that pre-fetches a second block from a second LBA smaller than the first LBA; when backward reading is detected, upon completion of the reading of data from the disk, the reading of data predicted to be requested by the next command begins immediately.

The temperature is varied by a fluid which flows through channels adjacent to the shape memory element. The fluid typically flows through an inner channel of the memory element and an outer element formed by the element and an outer elastic pipe. A plurality of shape memory elements can be coupled together to create a robotic arm or an endoscopic instrument. The arm or endoscope can change shape by varying the temperature of the fluid. The fluid temperature and the corresponding shape of the arm/endoscope can be controlled by a computer.
