Abstract: Provided is a plated steel sheet for hot press forming, having an excellent impact property, including: a base steel sheet comprising, by wt %, 0.15-0.4% of C, 0.05-1.0% of Si, 0.6-3.0% of Mn, 0.001-0.05% of P, 0.0001-0.02% of S, 0.01-0.1% of Al, 0.001-0.02% of N, 0.001-0.01% of B, 0.01-0.5% of Cr, 0.01-0.05% of Ti, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities; and an Al—Si plated layer formed on the surface of the base steel sheet. A thickness of a carbon-depleted layer in a surface layer part of the base steel sheet is 5 μm or less. The surface layer part means a region from the surface of the base steel sheet to a depth of 200 μm, and the carbon-depleted layer means a region which the carbon content is 50% or less of an average carbon amount (C0) of the base steel sheet.

Abstract: Provided is a method for manufacturing an HPF part having excellent bending properties including: manufacturing a hot rolled steel sheet; coiling the hot rolled steel sheet within a range of 450° C. to 750° C. for a time satisfying Expression 1; cold rolling, annealing and then hot dip aluminum plating on the annealed steel sheet; heating the hot dip aluminum plated steel sheet to a temperature of 850° C. to 1000° C. and maintaining the hot dip aluminum plated steel sheet for a certain period of time; and hot forming the heated steel and cooling at a temperature within a range of 200° C. or lower at a cooling speed of 20° C./s to 1000° C./s at the same time to manufacture an HPF part, [Expression 1] 190,000≤[coiling temperature (CT)×Time (min)]/2≤350,000, in the Relational Expression 1, Time refers to a time taken to reach 200° C. from coiling temperature.

Abstract: The present invention provides an aluminum-based plated steel plate used in hot-press forming, the steel plate comprising: a base steel plate; and a plating layer formed on the base steel plate, wherein the plating layer comprises: an alloying layer formed on the surface of the base steel plate and including one or more of Fe 3Al, FeAl(Si), Fe 2Al 5, and FeAl 3; and an aluminum layer formed on the alloying layer and having a thickness less than 10% of the thickness of the plating layer, and the plating layer has a thickness of 5-20 μm and an oxygen content of 10 weight % or less, as measured by GDS, at a depth of 0.1 μm from the surface of the plating layer.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a steel sheet for a hot press formed member having excellent coating adhesion, and a method for manufacturing the same. A steel sheet for hot press forming according to one aspect of the present invention is an aluminum alloy plated steel sheet, wherein an average Fe content in a plating layer may be 40 wt % or more, and a concentration gradient of a section having a Fe content of 45 wt % to 80 wt % in the plating layer may 7 wt %/μm or less of a concentration gradient at a section having an Fe content of 45% to 80% in the plating layer in a thickness direction from a surface of the plating layer according to a result of GDS analysis.

Abstract: Provided are a plated steel sheet for hot press forming including: a base steel sheet containing, by wt%, 0.14 to 0.5% of C, 0.001 to 1% of Si, 0.3 to 4% of Mn, 0.001 to 0.015% of P, 0.0001 to 0.02% of S, 0.001 to 0.1% of Al, 0.001 to 1% of Cr, 0.001 to 0.02% of N, 0.1% or less of Ti, 0.01% or less of B, 0.005 to 0.1% of Sb, and a balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities; an aluminum or aluminum alloy plating layer provided on at least one surface of the base steel sheet; and a Sb-rich layer provided between the base steel sheet and the plating layer, wherein the plated steel sheet for hot press forming satisfies the following Relational Expressions 1-1 and 1-2, a hot press formed member manufactured using the same, and methods for manufacturing the plated steel sheet for hot press forming and the hot press formed member.

Abstract: A steel plate plated with an aluminum-iron alloy for hot press forming can include a base steel sheet and an alloy plated layer formed on the base steel sheet. The alloy plated layer can include an alloyed layer (I) formed on the base steel sheet and containing, by weight, Al: 5-30%; an alloyed layer (II) formed on the alloyed layer (I) and containing, by weight, Al: 30-60%; and an alloyed layer (III) formed on the alloyed layer (II) and containing, by weight, Al: 20-50%. The alloy layer (II) can have a FeAl (Si) alloy phase dispersed and distributed therein, in which the FeAl (Si) alloy phase includes, by weight, Al: 20-50% and Si: 5-20%, and the number density of the FeAl (Si) alloy phase having a circle-equivalent diameter of 5 μm or less 15 is 103/mm2 or more.
