The information exchange system identifies groups of related web pages and maintains a database of user-supplied information for each group of related web pages. Cooling of the IC die is facilitated by a heat spreader having two contact surfaces separated by a pedestal, the first contact surface for attachment to the epoxy layer the second contact surface for thermal attachment to the exposed backside surface of the IC die, the pedestal thickness is selected so as to create a gap between the first contact surface and the epoxy layer.

    摘要: A function for verifying an asynchronous boundary behavior of a digital system. The asynchronous boundary is formed at a coupling between a first series of registers clocked by a write clock (the write domain), and a second series of registers clocked by a read clock (the read domain). A delay register and multiplexer are inserted after a predetermined register within the digital system, where the predetermined register and delay register are clocked by the same clock. The output of the predetermined register is coupled to both the first input of multiplexer and a first input of the delay register. The delay register is coupled to the second input of the multiplexer. A selector is coupled to the multiplexer for selecting which of the two multiplexer inputs to pass to subsequent registers in the digital system. By inserting the delay register/multiplexer at or after the asynchronous boundary, any signal level uncertainty present between the read domain and the write domain is captured and propagated through the digital system.

The vectorized index represents values in one or more of the columns of a particular table in the relational database. The vectorized index is comprised of a plurality of positions, wherein each of the positions comprises a linear array that represents a value for the specified columns in a corresponding row of the particular table in the relational database. To use the vectorized index, SQL operations are converted to a series of bit-vector operations on that index, where the result of the bit-vector operations is a list of row positions in the table.

A network node, for example a Serving General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) Support Node (SGSN) may include a dedicated interface with a M2M server. The interface may be called a GM2M interface. The interface may be a logical interface internal to the network node. The node may receive subscriber data and control data, wherein the control data facilitates a network control procedure and the subscriber data identifies a device involved in the network control procedure. The node may determine that the device involved in the network control procedure is a machine to machine device based on the subscriber data. The node may also send the control data to a machine to machine server using a message sent via a dedicated interface with the machine to machine server.

    摘要: Systems and methods including testing of electronic components are described. One system relates to a system including a thermal control unit adapted to control the temperature of at least a portion of an electronic component during testing. The system includes at least one conduit extending through a portion of the thermal control unit, the conduit sized to permit the flow of a thermal interface material therethrough, the thermal interface material comprising a liquid. The at least one conduit is positioned so that the thermal interface material can be delivered through the conduit and onto the electronic component. The system also includes a device adapted to control the flow of the thermal interface material through the conduit, wherein the flow can be controlled to deliver the thermal interface material to the electronic component and to remove the thermal interface material from the electronic component. Other embodiments are described and claimed.
