    摘要: Internet Protocol (IP) telephone number information system performs for the telephone number in the existing communication systems. A number information server in the system has a region information database representing an IP telephony service area for each of a plurality of Internet Service Providers (ISPs) having a corporate information database. The number information server specifies one of the plurality of ISPs from the region information database, based on a search condition input from a user terminal connected to the Internet. The specified ISP searches the corresponding corporate information database, and obtains number information matching the search condition. The number information server notifies the user terminal of the number information obtained from searching the corporate information database, in response to the search condition input from the user terminal.

    摘要: A leaf spring bracket is fixed to an outer surface of a vertical wall of a side member in a vehicle transverse direction by use of rivets penetrating the vertical wall. A gusset which couples an end of a cross member in the vehicle transverse direction with the side member has a vertical plate and upper and lower horizontal plates. The vertical plate is fixed to the vertical wall of the side member. The upper and lower horizontal plates extend inward in the vehicle transverse direction from upper and lower ends of the vertical plate, respectively, and are fixed to upper and lower walls of the cross member, respectively. The vertical plate has ribs protruding inward in the vehicle transverse direction. The ribs form and define recessed parts in an outer surface of the vertical plate in the vehicle transverse direction. Parts of the rivets, which project from an inner surface of the vertical wall in the vehicle transverse direction, are housed in the recessed parts. Thus, the vertical plate is fixed in a state of coming into surface contact with the inner surface of the vertical wall in the vehicle transverse direction.

    摘要: A layer comprising cobalt (Co) is formed on a p+ layer by vapor deposition, and a layer comprising gold (Au) is formed thereon. The two layers are alloyed by a heat treatment to form a light-transmitting electrode. The light-transmitting electrode therefore has reduced contact resistance and improved light transmission properties, and gives a light-emitting pattern which is stable over a long time. Furthermore, since cobalt (Co) is an element having a large work function, satisfactory ohmic properties are obtained.
