摘要： A debugging information display device is provided which concurrently displays a source list and debugging information when the source list is displayed through a debugger. A vectorizing line extractor, a vectorizing degree analyzer and a breakpoint-logical vector length information fetching unit are provided on a compiler side, and debugging information is affixed to an execution program output from the compiler. A vectorizing degree fetching unit is provided on the debugger side, and displays, together with source lines, vectorizing lines to be vectorized and the corresponding vectorizing degree information fetched from the debugging information. Also, a logical vector length analyzer and a real vector length fetching unit are provided to display logical and real vector lengths simultaneously. Further, a breakpoint setting unit and a breakpoint information analyzer are provided so that set breakpoints and specifiable breakpoints can be displayed when the source is displayed.

摘要： Provided is a lead-free solder for connecting LSI and parts on organic substrates, which can provide soldering at a maximum temperature of 220.degree.-230.degree. C. and which has a sufficient reliability in mechanical strength even at a high temperature of 150.degree. C. Also provided are electronic products prepared using this lead-free solder. The lead-free solder has a solder composition including 3-5% Zn and 10-23% Bi, the balance being Sn. Preferably, the solder composition is a composition (Sn, Zn, Bi) surrounded by lines connecting A and B, B and C and C and A, where A is (85, 5, 10 ), B is (72, 5, 23) and C is (76, 3, 21), of a ternary diagram having pure Sn, pure Zn and pure Bi at the vertices of an equilateral triangle. Through use of this solder, it is possible to solder parts, etc. on conventionally employed organic substrates at reflow temperatures equivalent to those for conventional Pb--Sn eutectic solders. The solder does not damage the environment, can be stably supplied and is low in cost.

摘要： A nitrile compound or an amide compound is hydrolyzed in the presence of an inorganic acid or other acidic catalyst or an alkali metal hydroxide or other basic catalyst, and the by-produced ammonium salt of the acidic catalyst or the produced salt of a carboxylic acid and a base is electrodialysed to form an acid and ammonia or aqueous ammonia, or to form a base and ammonia. The obtained acid or base may be recycled as a catalyst for the hydrolysis of the nitrile compound or amide compound, and the obtained ammonia is reutilized as a nitrogen source for the nitrile compound or amide compound. Such amide compound may be produced by hydration of a nitrite compound in the presence of a manganese oxide.
