    摘要: An automatic transmission control apparatus has first and second hydraulic servos for engaging forward and reverse driving friction engaging elements, respectively, a fluid pressure control unit, a range shift detector, and an electronic control unit. When the forward driving range is selected, the fluid pressure control unit supplies a forward driving range pressure to the hydraulic servo via a changeover valve operated by a signal pressure from a normal open-type solenoid valve, when the signal pressure is drained. When the reverse driving range is selected, the electronic control unit outputs a signal to magnetize the solenoid valve. The solenoid valve is thus turned on to discontinue the drain. The control apparatus thus prevents low pressure in the reverse driving range pressure to prevent delay of engagement of the clutch.

    摘要: A controller for an automatic transmission which reduces wear of frictional engagement elements and shortens gear change time even when a gear change jump is made. The controller of the present invention includes a first hydraulic servo to which oil is supplied to make a gear change jump, a second hydraulic servo to which oil is supplied to make a gear change to an intermediate gear stage, a limited supply oil circuit having an oil flow limiting element, a quick supply oil circuit bypassing the oil flow limiting element and a pressure governor for regulating a line pressure to supply oil at a controlled pressure to the quick supply oil circuit. An oil path switching valve switches oil supply, to the first hydraulic servo or the second hydraulic servo, between the limited supply oil circuit and the quick supply oil circuit. Accordingly, when a gear change jump is made, oil is supplied to the first hydraulic servo via the quick supply oil circuit and the operating pressure can be increased quickly, so that the gear change time is shortened.

    摘要: A control system for an automatic transmission in a vehicle powertrain including an engine and a fluid coupling for transmitting the rotation of an engine to the transmission, the transmission having a clutch which is applied responsive to selection of a forward running range and a hydraulic servo for applying the clutch responsive to an oil pressure. The control system includes a control unit for controlling the oil pressure to the hydraulic servo; an input torque detector for detecting the input torque to be inputted to the transmission; and a specific state detector for detecting satisfaction of a set of specific starting conditions including: (1) that the forward running range has been selected, (2) that the vehicle is stopped and (3) that the engine is in an idling state. The control unit sets the oil pressure to the hydraulic servo to correspond to the input torque at the instant of detection of satisfaction the specific starting conditions, and includes: a first pressure-reducer for abruptly reducing the oil pressure of the hydraulic servo to a set oil pressure immediately before the release of the clutch is started; and a second pressure-reducer for gradually reducing the oil pressure of the hydraulic servo, which has been reduced to the set oil pressure by the first pressure-reducer.

    摘要: A control system for an automatic transmission, comprising a gear transmission unit for establishing a predetermined gear stage by applying a plurality of frictional engagement elements selectively. The gear transmission unit includes a main transmission portion capable of establishing at least a reverse gear stage, and an auxiliary transmission portion capable of switching a high gear stage and a low gear stage. The auxiliary transmission portion is set to the high stage at the shifting time to the reverse stage. The reverse stage is established by controlling the application of predetermined frictional engagement elements of the main transmission portion when a reverse stage shifting command is generated. A torque-down of an engine is executed at the time of controlling the engagement of the frictional engagement elements for the reverse stage. The auxiliary transmission portion is set to the high stage by controlling the applications of predetermined frictional engagement elements of the auxiliary transmission portion when the reverse stage in the main transmission portion is detected. A signal to end the engine torque-down is sent when a shift of the auxiliary transmission portion to the high stage is detected.

    摘要: Disclosed is a multi-pin electrical connector of low insertion force type comprising a male plug having pin terminals of two different kinds, and a female socket having contacts of same kind. Each pin terminal of one kind has a straight inclination extending downwards from its tip end at a relatively small angle whereas each pin terminal of the other kind has a straight inclination extending downwards from its tip end at a relatively large angle. Thus, the resultant insertion force of pin terminals of one kind reaches its peak value earlier than the resultant insertion force of pin terminals of the other kind reaches its peak value while the male plug is inserted in the female socket. To an advantage the straight inclination can be easily shaped with precision. This permits mass production of pin terminals of same insertion force characteristics.

The resultant data is compared with a predetermined threshold level value to discriminate pixels constituting the contour lines of the scanned image which are thickened to connect line gaps and form closed regions with corresponding first run-length data generated. Colors corresponding to desired tints are designated for each region and corresponding code data is associated with the run-length data to form second run-length data.     摘要: A fuel injection system for an internal combustion engine of the type so-called unit injector wherein the overflow of fuel under high pressure from a plunger chamber defines the fuel injection cut-off. In order to perform the sharp cut-off, an overflow passage is increased in cross sectional area, and in order to prevent the overflow from the plunger chamber while the fuel is being charged into it, a flow control means such as a spool type directional control valve is inserted into the overflow passage so that when the fuel is being charged into the plunger chamber the communication between the overflow passage and a fuel tank may be positively interrupted. In addition, in order to prevent the fuel recharge with the resulting secondary injection, a flow control means such as a solenoid operated directional control valve is inserted into a fuel supply line communicating between a fuel delivery source and the plunger chamber such that as long as the fuel injection continues or when the fuel injection is zto be completed, the communication between the plunger chamber and the fuel delivery source may be completely cut off.
