    摘要: A solder-film forming apparatus for automatically forming a solder-film on a conductive pad of a printed-wiring board. The solder-film forming apparatus includes a mechanism for receiving a solder ball, a suction head provided on a distal end thereof with a holding surface for holding the solder ball and a suction port opening to the holding surface, a suction mechanism for generating a negative pressure in the suction port of the suction head, and a mechanism for moving the suction head. The solder-film forming apparatus further includes a controller having printed-wiring board information in which data including a positional information of the pad on the printed-wiring board is preset and controlling a movement of the suction head by the head moving mechanism and an operation of the suction mechanism in accordance with the printed-wiring board information. A laser beam is irradiated from a laser unit to the solder ball placed on the conductive pad of the printed-wiring board and as a result, the solder ball is fused to form a solder-film. The positional relation between the laser unit and the pad is detected by a camera and corrected.

    摘要: A process for manufacturing a high tensile steel wire, characterized by comprising the steps of pre-cooling a hot-rolled steel rod to a temperature between 750.degree.-900.degree. C. by means of a cooling apparatus provided between a group of intermediate rolling mills and a group of finishing rolling mills in a hot rolling line for steel rod, finishing rolling the thus pre-cooled steel rod, quenching the hot rolled steel rod to a temperature of 700.degree. C. or lower to provide a supercooled austenite phase, then finishing-cooling the thus quenched rod to provide martensite, and drawing the resulting steel rod with roller dies without descaling is disclosed.

    摘要: A valve operating system that includes a drive shaft, a drive lever that is fixedly provided thereon and can pivot in a direction of movement of a valve body, a follower arm that is fixedly provided on the valve body, a link, a first connecting shaft that connects one end of the link and the drive lever, and a second connecting shaft that connects the other end of the link and the follower arm; in response to a movement of the valve body from a first position to a second position by pivoting of the drive lever, a center of the first connecting shaft approaches from one side a straight line connecting two centers of the drive shaft and the second connecting shaft, and after the valve body reaches the second position, further pivoting of the drive lever is carried out through a predetermined angle so that the center of the first connecting shaft moves to the other side of a dead point on the straight line. Thereby a valve body can be held at one position with hardly any dependence on the output of an actuator, thus greatly reducing the load on the actuator.

    摘要: According to one embodiment, a sound processor includes a creating module, a filter, and a combining module. The creating module creates a plurality of first acoustic models based on a frequency characteristic that represents an acoustic property of an object to be measured. The first acoustic models are modeled with respect to resonance properties that vary depending on frequency bands. The filter extracts frequency components in the frequency bands from the respective first acoustic models. The combining module combines the frequency components extracted from the first acoustic models to create a second acoustic model.
