    摘要: A thermoplastic resin composition which has a melt flow rate of 20 to 30 g/10 min and a flexural modulus at 23.degree. C. of 30,000 kg/cm.sup.2 or more and which comprises (A) 60 to 75% by weight of a specific crystalline polypropylene in which the propylene homopolymer portion has a Q value of 3.0 to 5.0, an isotactic pentad fraction of 0.975 or more and an intrinsic viscosity �.eta.! of 0.95 to 1.15 dl/g as measured at 135.degree. C. in tetralin, (B) 2 to 8% by weight of an ethylene-butene-1 copolymer rubber, (C) 2 to 8% by weight of an ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber, (D) 10 to 20% by weight of talc having an average particle diameter of 4 .mu.m or less, and (E) 5 to 20% by weight of fibrous magnesium oxysulfate, and an injection molded article of the thermoplastic resin composition, said thermoplastic resin composition satisfying the impact strength and rigidity required as a material for an instrumental panel and having a short molding cycle and good surface quality.

    摘要: A polypropylene resin composition comprising:(A) 45 to 70% by weight of an ethylene-propylene block copolymer synthesized under the process comprising the steps of;(a) polymerizing propylene with a Ziegler-Natta catalyst to obtain a highly crystalline polypropylene that contain not less than 97% by weight of a fraction insoluble in boiling n-heptane, and(b) copolymerizing ethylene with the polypropylene (a), and which(a) contains 0.5 to 10% by weight of ethylene,(b) contains 5 to 20% by weight of a fraction being soluble in p-xylene at room temperature and having an intrinsic viscosity value of not less than 2 (measured in decalin at 135.degree. C.),(c) has a melt-flow index value of 30 to 100 g/10 min., and,(d) has a value of flexural modulus of not less than 18,000 kg/cm.sup.2,(B) 10 to 20% by weight of an amorphous ethylene-propylene copolymer having(a) an ethylene content of 70 to 90% by weight,(b) a Mooney viscosity value (ML.sub.1+4 at 100.degree.     摘要: A polypropylene thermoplastic resin composition comprising (a) a modified crystalline polypropylene of a crystalline polypropylene comprising said modified crystalline polypropylene and (b) a modified polyamide obtained by partially or wholly grafting a polyamide with a clay mineral. A polypropylene thermoplastic resin composition comprising, in addition to the above polypropylene thermoplastic resin composition comprising the components (a) and (b), one or any combination of the following components (c), (d) and (e): (c) an ethylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer rubber or a modified ethylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer rubber, (d) a block copolymer between a monovinyl-substituted aromatic hydrocarbon and a conjugated diene, a hydrogenation product of said block copolymer, or a modification product of said block copolymer, and (e) an inorganic filler. The modified polyamide as the component (b), obtained by modifying a polyamide with a clay mineral has good compatibility with or good dispersibility in the component (a), i.e. the modified crystalline polypropylene or the crystalline polypropylene comprising the modified crystalline polypropylene. Therefore, the polypropylene thermoplastic resin composition comprising these components (a) and (b) has excellent heat resistance and excellent impact resistance.

The composition comprising (A) 10 to 60% by weight of a terpolymer which comprises N-phenylmaleimide, styrene and acrylonitrile, (B) 5 to 20% by weight of a graft polymer which comprises at least one rubber selected from the group consisting of a conjugated diene rubber, an ethylene-propylene rubber and an ethylene-butylene rubber comprising ethylene and butylene, to which rubber styrene and acrylonitrile are graft polymerized, (C) 10 to 80% by weight of a copolymer which comprises styrene and acrylonitrile, and (D) 5 to 35% by weight of glass fiber, wherein (a) the terpolymer has an intrinsic viscosity of 0.20 dl/g to 0.70 dl/g, (b) the copolymer has an intrinsic viscosity of 0.40 dl/g to 1.00 dl/g, (c) the intrinsic viscosity of terpolymer is equal to or smaller than that of the copolymer, and (d) a styrene content in the copolymer minus a styrene content in the terpolymer is from +20 to -5% by weight.

    摘要: A process for preparing a polyamide composite material comprising (1) contacting a layered silicate having a cation exchange capacity of 50 to 200 milliequivalents/100 g with an organic cation of a lactam which is a swelling agent in a dispersing medium, thereby obtaining a composite having the organic cation of the lactam adsorbed onto the layered silicate, and mixing the composite with a polyamide monomer; or (2) mixing a layered silicate having a cation exchange capacity of 50 to 200 milliequivalents/100 g with a compound which becomes a swelling agent through the action of an acid, a polyamide monomer and acid with pKa value of 0 to 3 in a dispersing medium. The mixture containing the polyamide monomer is polymerized to prepare the polyamide composite material.
