    摘要: The present invention is directed to the combination of a vibrating element and an ultrasonic nozzle having an ultrasonic vibrator. The combination includes a body having a liquid supply passage therethrough and a chamber having a first and second end. The liquid supply passage is in communication with the chamber via its first end. The second end of the chamber defines an opening. An inner peripheral wall forms a portion of the chamber intermediate the first and second end. A multistepped edged portion is formed on the inner peripheral wall and each step defines an edge which severs and atomizes the liquid which cascades thereover from the liquid passage.

    摘要: A print data processing system includes a print data interpretation processing unit, a memory, and a raster image data generation unit. The print data interpretation processing unit interprets PDL print data, and generates first intermediate format data, second intermediate format data, and attribute information. The memory stores the first intermediate format data and first raster image data of each image object of a predetermined type. The first raster image is generated by performing a drawing process on the first intermediate format data. When an image object of the predetermined type and another image object overlap, the raster image data generation unit uses the first intermediate format data to generate second raster image data. When an image object of the predetermined type and another image object do not overlap, the raster image data generation unit uses the first raster image data to generate the second raster image data.

    摘要: A package is mainly formed of a package body having a storage area for storing a pressure sensor, a capacity type pressure sensor stored in the storage area of the package body, a lid seals the package body in which the pressure sensor is stored, an adhesive agent for fixing the pressure sensor to the package body, and a bonding wire for electrically coupling a bonding pad of the pressure sensor and a conductive portion of the package body. An adhesive area of the package body and the pressure sensor is set to the area other than a projection area of the diaphragm of the pressure sensor on a mount bottom surface. This makes it possible to provide the package for the pressure sensor capable of detecting the pressure with high sensitivity although the gap between the substrate and the diaphragm has the value with the magnitude of several μms.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a flaky copper powder composed of fine particles having a sharp distribution particle size, a large crystallite diameter and high oxidation resistance. The flaky copper powder of the present invention contains P and has a crystallite diameter/D1A ratio of 0.01 or more to achieve the object. The method for producing the flaky copper powder comprises four steps: a first step of preparing an aqueous solution containing a copper salt and complexing agent; a second step of adding an alkali hydroxide to the aqueous solution to prepare a first slurry containing cupric oxide; a third step of adding a first reducing agent which can reduce the cupric oxide into cuprous oxide to the first slurry to prepare a second slurry containing cuprous oxide; and a fourth step of adding a second reducing agent which can reduce the cuprous oxide into copper to the second slurry to provide a flaky copper powder, wherein phosphoric acid and its salt are added in at least one of the first to third steps and/or in the second slurry in the fourth step.
