摘要: A device (1) serves for conducting investigations on cell specimens, wherein the device has a microtiter plate or similar receiving device with a plurality of individual containers for the cell specimens. Furthermore, a measuring facility for recording changes in individual specimens is provided. On the underside the microtiter plate or similar receiving device has a measuring structure which carries at least one sensor allocated to each receiving vessel. The measuring structure can either be combined with a bottomless upper part of a conventional microtiter plate, or instead it is a semiconductor substrate plate (2) with a plurality of bowl-shaped receptacle depressions (3) situated therein and provided as containers. At least one sensor is allocated to each depression.

摘要: A measuring device (1) for measuring or investigating physiological parameters using biological cells or chemical and biologically active substances contained in an analyte (2). The measuring device comprises a sensor (4) with an electronic measurement structure (6) located on a substrate (5). Function-specific receptor cells and/or target cells (7) form part of the sensor (4) and are in direct contact with the measurement structure (6). For measurement, the medium under investigation can be brought into contact with the target cells or receptor cells (7). The measuring device (1) is especially compact in its design and facilitates largely feedback-free investigation of biological or chemical components contained in the analyte.

摘要: A virtual reality system permanently connected with a device to be worn by a user is disclosed which has an optical position-sensing facility that contains at least one radiation source defining a fixed reference point in space and an optical receiving system permanently connected with the device. The optical receiving system includes three radiation detectors, whose optical axes are parallel to each other. The first radiation detector has a reception pattern which shows a rising/falling sensitivity characteristic in a first angular range. The second radiation detector has a reception pattern which shows a rising/falling sensitivity characteristic in a second angular range. The third radiation detector has a reception pattern which shows a slowly varying sensitivity characteristic within at least the first and second angular ranges.

This apparatus has, for example, a sensor-actuator head 3 with at least one sensor 10 for determining the acidification of the immediate surroundings of the tumor cells. An active ingredient dispensing device for exerting chemical influence and/or electrodes for exerting physical influence through electrical and/or electromagnetic fields on the tumorous tissue area to be treated are provided on the sensor-actuator head. The sensor(s) 10 as well as the active ingredient dispensing facility and/or the treatment electrodes are connected with a control facility for controlling chemical and/or physical treatment of the tumorous tissue area as a function of measured values.

摘要: A digital control circuit with a device for generating a high-resolution tuning voltage is suitable for use in receivers for RF signals, particularly in consumer equipment. The tuning voltage can be electronically switched from one value to another at a high speed. The transient time required with conventional control loops is nearly eliminated since the low-pass filter or the digital integrator is preset to its steady-state integration value. To generate the tuning voltage, dynamic digital-to-analog convertors are provided which, despite their high resolution, require only a smoothing filter with a short response time and a short time constant.

摘要: A circuit is arranged to derive the internal vertical synchronizing signals and field identification signals for a digital television signal. The circuit operates from the internal horizontal synchronizing signals and the separated external synchronizing signals and employs a sign inverter, an accumulator, an absolute value device, a comparator, a counter and AND gates, as well as an OR gate. These components, as coupled, produce the above-noted signals by digital generation and requires no subcircuits that are independent of the horizontal oscillator which horizontal oscillator is arranged in a phase lock loop.
