摘要: A horizontal type electron-emitting device structure and process of making, wherein the device includes a low-potential electrode and a high-potential electrode which are formed on a substrate, and an electron-emitting part placed between the electrodes. Above the substrate is an anode. A secondary-electron emitting material is arranged on the top of a region from the electron-emitting part to the high-potential electrode, so that secondary electrons are efficiently emitted to the anode, thereby to contribute to efficient electron emission. An auxiliary electrode may be formed, with a high-resistance or insulating layer interposed, on the substrate in the vicinity of the high-potential electrode. A voltage higher than that of the high-potential electrode is then applied to the auxiliary electrode, so that electrons emitted from the electron-emitting part are attracted to the auxiliary electrode.

摘要: The present application discloses an equipment for continuously processing a band-shape material comprising transverse sliding shafts disposed on a base table, a basal board which freely slides transversely along said transverse sliding shafts, transverse-feeding means by which said basal board is quickly and/or slowly moved transversely, vertical sliding shafts disposed on said basal board, a tool of abrasion in combination with elctrolytic polishing which freely slides vertically along said vertical sliding shafts, vertical-feeding means by which said tool is moved vertically against said basal board and a polishing head which is disposed on said tool and composed of electrodes for electrolysis and abrasive matters for abrasion and by which continuously sent band-shape material is polished. In the case a band-shape material being conveyed is continuously polished for many hours, worn-out abrasive matters may be exchanged without interrupting the conveyance of said band-shape material, improving the working efficiency thereby.

摘要: A cogeneration system (100) is provided which has an inverter cooling configuration that enables effective utilization of energy and contributes to an improvement in energy saving performance. To this end, the cogeneration system has a power generator (1); an electric power converter (3); a heat medium path (2) configured to flow a heat medium therein so as to recover exhaust heat from the electric power converter through its cooler (4) and so as to recover exhaust heat from the power generator; a bypass path (8) configured to flow the heat medium, bypassing the cooler; a switch (7); and a controller (12). The controller controls the switch so as to switch the destination of the heat medium from the heat medium path to the bypass path, in a start-up operation or shut-down operation of the cogeneration system, or if the amount of exhaust heat of the electric power converter is smaller than a predetermined exhaust heat amount threshold value.

摘要: An inspection apparatus and method of inspection enable an inspector to conduct visual inspection of film carrier tapes for mounting electronic components in a natural sitting position regardless of the magnification of a magnifier. The inspection apparatus is compact to permit effective use of the space inside the inspection room. The inspection apparatus includes a feed reel and a take-up reel adjacent to each other, and an inspection part that is located so that the adjacent feed and take-up reels are in the order of the feed reel and the take-up reel in relation to the inspection part. A film carrier tape from the feed reel is transported in a substantially vertical direction to the inspection part and is inspected with a magnifier along a substantially vertical direction.
