    摘要: The present invention provides for a rheology control agent that includes a following compound represented by the following formula: wherein A, B, C and D equal CH2, CHR, NH, or O, and A, B, C and D may be the same or different and at least one of A and B equals NH and at least one of C and D equals NH; and wherein R1, R2, and R3 may be the same or different and represent a linear, branched, hyper-branched, or dendritic ether, polyether or hydrocarbon based chain, optionally forming at least one carbon-based ring, being saturated or unsaturated and R2 represents linear or branched alkylenes, ethers, polyethers, or polyester linkages and at least one of R1, R2, and R3 comprises an ester group or an amide group which is branched off from the main chain; excluded from Formula (1) is a compound wherein R2 is CH2—CH2—CH2—CH2—CH(C(O)OCH3), A, B, C, and D are equal to NH and R1 and R3 are both equal to a linear octyl hydrocarbon chain; the rheology control agent is suitable for solvent-borne and water-borne coating composition having improved rheology control useful for OEM refinishing or repainting the exterior of automobile and truck bodies and parts thereof.

    摘要: An radio frequency (RF)/microwave power amplification circuit is disclosed herein having improved power and frequency characteristics. The RF power circuit is characterized by having the output capacitance of the device resonate with a shunt inductance that is physically closer to the device than provided in conventional RF power circuits. This is realized by mounting a direct current (DC) bypass capacitor directly on the same metalized pad that the device terminal is mounted on. By doing this, the inductance associated with a wire bond connection from the device to the capacitor is eliminated or at least reduced. Also disclosed is a dual cell power circuit that consists of matching the impedance characteristics of the active cells to each other by adjusting the circuit parameters in which the active devices interact with. In addition, an RF power circuit is disclosed that includes a pair of vertical cells in a parallel relationship formed on a thin semiconductor to cause more current flow through a metal layer rather than the lossy substrate. Furthermore, a novel metal-dielectric-metal chip capacitor is disclosed that is fabricated on a refractory metal substrate, which results in a high quality factor (Q) for the capacitor. The capacitor has contacts to both capacitor plates by way of its top metallization surfaces, and access to one of the plates through the bottom, i.e. the mounting surface of the capacitor. Additionally, a high power device is disclosed that encompasses at least some or all of the techniques described above to achieve an amplification that exhibits both high power and high cutoff frequency characteristics.

    摘要: A CMOS differential operational amplifier has a fully differential structure to improve the output swing and a cascode amplification structure to improve the operating speed. This amplifier includes: a differential input stage 21 which receives differential input voltage signals and converts the input voltage signals into current signals; a cascode output stage 22 which amplifies the current signals from the differential input stage 21 and converts them into high gain output voltage signals; and a common-mode feedback circuit(CMF) 23 which makes a common-mode voltage signal of the output voltage signals equal to a reference voltage signal. To the output ports of the cascode output stage 22, a load capacitor (C.sub.L) 24 is connected.

    摘要: Novel modified polymeric materials are provided. The polymeric materials according to the invention are prepared by grafting a fluorine-containing compound onto a polyurethane polymeric substrate. The polymeric materials show superior blood compatibility in the in vitro and ex vivo tests, attributing to hydrophobic property, inertness and water-repelling property intrinsic to the grafted fluorine containing compounds.The polymeric materials according to the invention are useful as the materials for the artificial, circulatory, internal organ systems to be contacted with blood, such as artificial hearts, artificial blood vessels, artificial heart valves, artificial blood oxygenators, and artificial kidneys, or for the medical devices/instruments to be inserted into the blood vessels, such as vein catheters, artery catheters and intra-aortic balloon pumps.
