    摘要: Nozzle arrangement for fluid applications, in particular for a hydraulic circuit of a motor vehicle drive train. A nozzle body has a first longitudinal end and a second longitudinal end. The nozzle body has a first longitudinal section having a cylindrical outer circumference, which has a first outside diameter. The nozzle body has a blind hole starting from the first longitudinal end. In the region of the second longitudinal end, the nozzle body has a second longitudinal section having a second outside diameter, which is smaller than the first outside diameter. A third longitudinal section is formed between the first longitudinal section and the second longitudinal section. A substantially radially aligned nozzle bore connects the outer circumference of the third longitudinal section to the blind hole. The outer circumference of the first longitudinal section is designed as a press-fitting surface, allowing the nozzle body to be pressed into a bore and allowing the second longitudinal section to form an annular gap with an inner circumference of the bore.

    摘要: Shift arrangement for a motor vehicle transmission. At least one gear stage can be engaged and disengaged by means of an associated shift clutch. A spindle which is aligned along a spindle axis, has a spindle thread and is rotatably mounted on a housing. A nut has a nut thread, which is in engagement with the spindle thread. A shift finger is formed on the nut. At least one shift rod is mounted movably on the housing and can be coupled to the shift clutch. Provided on the housing are a radial groove, in which the shift finger engages in an axial base position of the nut and within which the shift finger can be turned, and an axial guide, which axially adjoins the radial groove and in which the shift finger can engage in order to hold the nut in the circumferential direction, thus ensuring that said nut is moved axially in a first axial direction when the spindle is rotated.

    摘要: Shift arrangement for a motor vehicle gearbox. The shift arrangement has a shift element which can be connected or is connected to a shift member. The shift arrangement has a hydraulic actuator by means of which the shift element can be moved in a first shifting direction and in an opposing second shifting direction. The hydraulic actuator comprises a double-acting hydraulic cylinder which has a first cylinder port and a second cylinder port. The shift arrangement has a hydraulic circuit which has a pump and is connected to the first and second cylinder ports. The pump is connected to an electric motor as a pump drive and is embodied as a bidirectional rotational pump which has a first pump port which is directly connected to the first cylinder port, and which has a second pump port which is directly connected to the second cylinder port. The shift element can be moved by changing the rotational speed and/or the direction of rotation of the electric motor.

An actuator arrangement is coupled with the clutch arrangement via a first force transmission device. A parking block arrangement is coupled with the actuator arrangement via a second force transmission device. The actuator arrangement can be moved into a parking block position in which the parking block arrangement is activated. The actuator arrangement is configured to engage the gear on its travel to the parking block position and/or in the parking block position via the first force transmission device. The first force transmission device has a decoupling device which is configured to move or to let move the actuator arrangement into the parking block position even when the clutch arrangement is blocked.

    摘要: Clutch arrangement for a motor vehicle drive train. The clutch arrangement has a first and a second clutch which are embodied as normally open clutches. The first clutch can be activated from an open position into a closed position by means of a first actuator arrangement. The second clutch can be activated from an open position into a closed position by means of a second actuator arrangement. The clutch arrangement has a locking device for locking a clutch in the closed position. Only the second clutch can be locked in the closed position by means of the locking device, while the first clutch cannot be locked in the closed position. Thus, the first actuator arrangement has to be supplied with energy in order to secure the first clutch in the closed position.

The transmission comprises a transmission input and a first sub-transmission and a second sub-transmission. The prime mover is directly connected to the transmission input, wherein each of the two drive shafts is assigned a first and a second friction clutch. The first friction clutches connect the respective drive shaft to the first sub-transmission. The second friction clutches connect the respective drive shaft to the second sub-transmission. The first friction clutches and the second friction clutches form the power-splitting device.

    摘要: A shaft arrangement for a transmission comprises a shaft having an axial bore connected to an oil supply system, at least one loose wheel rotatably supported on the shaft via a bearing, and a shift clutch arrangement which connects the loose wheel for rotation with the shaft. The shift clutch arrangement comprises a guide sleeve connected for rotation with the shaft via a tooth engagement. The axial bore supplies oil to the bearing and shift clutch arrangement via a transversal bore in an area of the tooth engagement between the guide sleeve and the shaft. A channel in at least one of an area of a toothing of the guide sleeve and an area of the toothing of the shaft, which, together with the guide sleeve toothing, forms the tooth engagement connects the transversal bore with an area between the guide sleeve and the bearing.
