摘要： An endless conveyor belt loop includes a conveyor belt that has an elongated body and a substantially uniform width. The ends of the conveyor belt each include a splice formation extending across the width of the conveyor belt that are each configured to mate with the other. A thermoplastic connector is thermally engaged between exposed surfaces formed by the splice formation at the ends of the conveyor belt. When the splice formations are aligned, the thermoplastic connector is thermally engaged and continuously interconnected between the ends for conveyor belt to form a seamless end connection. The thermoplastic connector comprises a thermoplastic copolyester elastomer.

摘要： A method is provided for manufacturing a support frame of a rectangular display panel within a short working time. The method includes a process of taking out L-shaped component members each having convex portions and concave portions arranged alternately at an end portion in a manner that each of the convex portions and concave portions is bilaterally symmetrical, while a shear droop and a burr are formed on an end portion and process of fitting and coupling end portions of L-shaped component members by placing the convex portions and the concave portions in such a manner that the shear droop of each of the convex portions faces the burr of each of the concave portions and the burr of each of the convex portions faces the shear droop of each of the concave portions and that that the convex portions and the concave portions are pushed towards each other and by pressing the convex portions and the concave portions using a pair of metal molds.

摘要： A process for adhesive bonding of an endless seamed flexible belt, wherein the belt has a first end and a second end, each of the first end and the second end with a plurality of mutually mating elements which join in an interlocking relationship to form a seam, and the seam has an adhesive, the process includes providing an adhesive strip on a front side of a release substrate to form an adhesive tape, wherein the release substrate includes polypropylene, vinyls, siloxane containing polymers, acrylates, polyimines, or mixtures thereof; providing the adhesive tape over the seam, wherein the front side of the release substrate containing the adhesive strip is in contact with the seam and mutually mating members; and subjecting the adhesive tape to adhesive bonding, wherein the adhesive strip melts and flows between the mutually mating members of the seam.

摘要： A process for flashless hot melt bonding of seamed flexible belts having a substrate and a seam having interlocking seam members, wherein the interlocking seam members are held together by an adhesive for use in electrostatographic, contact electrostatic, digital and other like machines, wherein the process includes: a) providing a release layer having an adhesive strip on a front side of the release layer, wherein the release layer is wider than the adhesive strip; b) providing the release layer containing the adhesive strip over the seam, wherein the front side of the release layer containing the adhesive strip is in contact with the seam and mutually mating members; c) thermal compressive adhesive bonding of the release layer to the seam, and d) optionally postcuring the seam; and wherein virtually no flashing of the adhesive outside the seam occurs.
