    摘要: A coil unit for an electric vehicle for the inductive transfer of electrical energy between the coil unit and a stationary charging station. The coil unit includes at least one coil and a flux guide unit for guiding a magnetic flux occurring during operation of the coil. Also disclosed is an electric vehicle having a coil unit for the inductive transfer of electrical energy between a secondary coil of the coil unit and a primary coil of a charging station. The disclosed coil solves the problem of allowing the safe use of the inductive electrical energy transfer in electric vehicles, in particular motor vehicles, by proposing a coil unit, in which the flux guide unit has material weakenings, and an electric vehicle having such a coil unit.

    摘要: The invention relates to a process of and apparatus for forming a magnetic structure on a substrate and a magnetic structure formed by such a process and apparatus. The magnetic structure comprises a matrix in which magnetic particles are embedded. The apparatus for forming the magnetic structure on the substrate comprises a source of matrix deposits the matrix material onto the substrate to form the matrix, and comprises a source of magnetic particles which deposit the magnetic particles onto the matrix as the matrix forms to embed the magnetic particles in the matrix. Each magnetic particle comprises a core covered with a layer of metal, at least one of the matrix material and the core is of ferromagnetic material and the core and the layer of metal are of different materials.

    摘要: A magnetic assembly includes a cylindrical magnet 1 having opposing magnetic poles disposed at respective first and second faces 2 and 3. A cup-shaped ferrous metal housing 4 forms a magnetic shield around the magnet 1 enclosing the second face 3, with an end face 7 continuously surrounding the first face 2. A ring magnet 8 surrounds the housing 4 with opposing magnetic poles disposed at respective first and second faces 9 and 10 with the first face 9 surrounding the end face 7 of the housing. The ring magnet 8 is enclosed within a further ferrous metal housing 11 forming a magnetic shield around the ring magnet and enclosing the second face 10. The further housing 11 has an end face 14 which continuously surrounds the first face 9 of the ring magnet. The end faces of the housings 4 and 11 are proximate to the respective first faces of the magnet 1 and the ring magnet 8 such that these faces together form a planar magnetically active surface.

    摘要: A novel ferromagnetic composition is provided. The reagent includes at least one zero-valent atom, whether metal, metalloid, or non-metal, in complex with at least one hydride molecule. The composition need not contain any inherently ferromagnetic elements and can be much lighter than conventional iron or other metal-based ferromagnetic materials. Core-solenoid devices having ferromagnetic cores which employ the novel ferromagnetic composition are additionally provided. Examples such as electric motors or generators for use in hybrid or all-electric automobiles are included.

    摘要: An apparatus for generating a pulsed magnetic field includes an insulating body, an electrical conductor positioned on the insulating body, and a ferromagnetic body having a hollow portion, wherein the insulating body and the electrical conductor are positioned in the hollow portion. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the electrical conductor has at least one gap separating the electrical conductor into at least two parts, thereby allowing a current to flow through the at least two parts in parallel to generate a magnetic field in the insulating body.
