    摘要: A component for a rotating electrical machine includes a stator, a winding, and a covering material. The stator has a stator core with a plurality of slots. The winding is inserted into one slot. The covering material covers the winding. The winding has a molten metal junction. The covering material has a non-bending part and a bending part. The bending part has a contact area that is smaller than an area between the non-bending part and the winding. The bending part is provided between the molten metal junction and the portion of the winding inserted in the one slot.

By fixing the reactive metal or metal mixture to the magnetic core of the motor, rotor or stator, oxidation and corrosion of the core can be avoided or reduced.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing dynamoelectric machines includes producing a first plurality and a second plurality of stator and rotor laminations using a die press, forming a first rotor from the first plurality of rotor laminations, and forming a second rotor from the second plurality of rotor laminations. The first plurality and the second plurality of stator laminations have the same inner and outer diameters. The first plurality and the second plurality of rotor laminations have the same inner and outer diameters. The first plurality of rotor laminations have a first magnet slot configuration and the second plurality of rotor laminations have a second magnet slot configuration different than the first magnet slot configuration. The first rotor and the second rotor may have the same or different stack heights. Preferably, a ratio of each stator lamination's inner diameter to outer diameter is at least 60%.

    摘要: A stator unit for use in a motor includes a cylindrical bearing housing, a stator core, a resin insulator, a conductive wire, a circuit board, a molded resin portion, and an elastic member. The stator core is fixed to an outer circumferential surface of the bearing housing. The insulator is attached to the stator core. At least one of the bearing housing and the insulator has a ring-shaped groove. The conductive wire is wound around the teeth with the insulator therebetween. The circuit board is electrically coupled to the conductive wire. The molded resin portion covers the stator core, the insulator, the conductive wire, and the circuit board. The elastic member is fitted in the groove and interposed between the bearing housing and the insulator.
