    摘要: The concentration measurement method includes: introducing a predetermined amount of the biological sample into the capillary; measuring a temperature of the biological sample by applying a first voltage to the electrode unit when the temperature of the biological sample is measured, the first voltage allowing the temperature measurement to be less affected by increase and reduction in an amount of the analyte contained in the biological sample; measuring the concentration of the analyte contained in the biological sample by applying a second voltage to the electrode unit; measuring an environmental temperature in a surrounding of the biological sample; and correcting the concentration of the measured analyte based on the measured temperature of the biological sample and the measured environmental temperature.

The gas sensor element is provided with a solid electrolyte body having oxygen ion conductivity, a heater stacked to the solid electrolyte body via a reference gas space, a pump cell adjusting oxygen concentration in a measuring gas space, a sensor cell detecting specific gas component concentration in the measuring gas space, and an electronic conduction detector cell detecting current resulting from electronic conduction due to the heater. The electronic conduction detector cell includes an electronic conductor electrode which is provided to a measuring gas side surface of the solid electrolyte body and covered with an insulator.

    摘要: A single use pH sensor housing for a single use container is provided. The single use pH sensor housing includes a compartment configured to house a single use pH sensor. In one embodiment, the single use pH sensor housing comprises an actuator configured, when actuated, to transition the single use pH sensor from a storage position to a deployed position. In the storage position, the pH sensor is in fluidic contact with a buffer solution. In the deployed position, the single use pH sensor is in fluidic contact with an interior of the single use container. During the transition from the storage position to the deployed position, the buffer solution moves from a sensor portion of the compartment to a storage portion of the compartment such that the buffer solution is isolated from contact with the interior of the single use container.

    摘要: In some embodiments, an electrochemical sensing system includes a working electrode and a reference electrode. At least a portion of the working electrode includes rhodium. An electrical circuit is electronically coupled to the working electrode and the reference electrode. The electrical circuit is configured to bias the working electrode at voltage of less than about 0.4 V which is sufficient to electrochemically decompose a target analyte, and to measure a current corresponding to the concentration of the target analyte. In some embodiments, a biosensing molecule can be disposed on the working electrode and is operative to catalytically decompose a non-electroactive target analyte to yield and an electroactive by-product. In some embodiment, the reference electrode can include rhodium and its oxides.
