摘要: An acoustic compressor has an acoustic resonator and a piston reciprocated by an actuator at a base of the acoustic resonator. A valve device is provided on the upper end of the acoustic resonator. The valve device comprises a suction chamber and a discharger chamber. External air is fed through an inlet to the suction chamber and sucked into the acoustic resonator through the suction bore. Then, the air in the resonator is compressed by the reciprocating piston. The discharge chamber has a discharge bore and an outlet to the outside. An outward nonreturn valve is larger in valve-opening resistance than an inward nonreturn valve in the suction bore. When the air pressure in the resonator exceeds a certain value, the high-pressure air is transferred to the discharge chamber through the discharge bore by allowing the outward nonreturn valve to open and then discharged through the outlet to the outside.

摘要: The present invention is a CVD process for forming a thin film which includes a step of recovering an organometallic compound component from an exhaust gas which has been conventionally discarded, and a purifying step of purifying the recovered organometallic compound to thereby eliminate a by-product formed in a film forming step by CVD. According to this process, the organometallic compound is recycled. As a recovering technique, any of the followings is employed: a technique in which the exhaust gas is cooled and is recovered as a recovered content; a technique in which the exhaust gas is brought into contact with a solvent to dissolve the organometallic compound in the solvent; and a technique in which the exhaust gas is brought into contact with an adsorbent to thereby adsorb the organometallic compound. A purifying technique is selected depending on the recovering technique or the properties of the recovered content, and any of a technique of distilling the recovered content, a technique of sublimating the recovered content, and a technique of heating the adsorbent to desorb the organometallic compound is employed. These CVD thin film processes can recover and purify the organometallic compound in a higher yield by adding a step of eliminating oxygen from the exhaust gas prior to the recovering step.

摘要: The disclosed is a method of producing two organic ruthenium compounds; i.e., bis(ethylcyclopentadienyl)ruthenium and (alkylcyclopentadienyl)cyclopentadienylruthenium, which are useful for producing thin film through CVD. In one aspect, the invention provides a method for producing bis(ethylcyclopentadienyl)ruthenium, including hydrogenating bis(acetylcyclopentadienyl)ruthenium in the presence of a catalyst. In another aspect, the invention provides a method of producing (alkylcyclopentadienyl)cyclopentadienylruthenium, including acylating bis(cyclopentadienyl)ruthenium with carboxylic anhydride in the presence of phosphoric acid as a catalyst, to thereby produce (acylcyclopentadienyl)cyclopentadienylruthenium, and reducing the (acylcyclopentadienyl)cyclopentadienyl ruthenium.

摘要: A paste applicator for drawing a paste film in a desired pattern on a substrate, including a table for detachably supporting a substrate, a paste reservoir tube to be filled with a paste, and a nozzle communicating with the paste reservoir and having a paste discharging port opposing to an upper surface of the substrate mounted on the table. A device is supplied for changing the relative positional relationship between the nozzle and the substrate mounted on the table. The paste is applied onto the substrate to form a desired pattern of the paste. A measuring device measures a position of a paste discharging port of a nozzle exchanged together with the paste reservoir tube by using a paste pattern formed by applying the paste onto the substrate held on the table using the exchanged nozzle. The center of the paste pattern nearly agrees with the center of the paste discharging port. A calculator calculates a positional displacement of the paste discharging port due to the nozzle exchange using the measured result obtained by the measuring device. A positioning device positions the substrate at a desired position with respect to the paste discharging port after nozzle exchange using the result obtained by the calculator.

摘要: For each media information element constituting a display screen image in a multimedia system, main data and attribute data are stored in a storage. After the user copies a media information element from a screen layout to another screen layout, until an attribute of the media information element is altered in either one of the layouts, the main data and/or the attribute data of the media information element is not copied in the storage of the system. Moreover, when the user varies an attribute of a media information element in one of the layouts, only attribute data of the media information element is changed in the storage. The media information includes music pieces and voices in addition to characters and graphic images.
