    摘要: A capacitive pressure sensor includes lower and upper wafers, a stationary electrode, first and second pads, a movable electrode, and a plurality of extraction electrodes. The lower wafer has a first capacitor forming portion and a first pad forming portion communicating with it. The upper wafer has a second capacitor forming portion, constituting a capacitor chamber together with the first capacitor forming portion, and a second pad forming portion communicating with it. The stationary electrode is formed on a bottom surface of the first capacitor forming portion. The first pad is formed on a bottom surface of the first pad forming portion and connected to the stationary electrode through a first interconnection. The movable electrode is formed on a bottom surface of the second capacitor forming portion to oppose the stationary electrode. The second pad is formed in the second pad forming portion and connected to the movable electrode through a second interconnection. The extraction electrodes are connected to the first and second pads and extracted outside through holes in the lower wafer. The lower and upper wafers are bonded to each other such that their pad forming portions are covered with their bonding surfaces.

    摘要: A silencer is comprised of an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve having a number of pores, and sound absorbing material including heat-resistant fibers packed between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve. The sound absorbing material is wound directly around the outside of inner sleeve with two or more turns so that the thickness of wound sound absorbing material around the inner sleeve is greater than dimension of a gap between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve to give interference between sound absorbing material and the inner and outer sleeves. The sound absorbing material with the inner sleeve is press-fitted into the outer sleeve. According to the present invention, sound absorbing material is prevented from being blown out by exhaust gas flowing through the inside of the inner sleeve so that the silencer is improved in durability. The dimensional stability of the outer diameter of sound absorbing material wound around the inner sleeve can be gained so that the press-fitting operation of sound absorbing material wound around the inner sleeve can be performed stably and the density of sound absorbing material can be stabilized.

The retreaded tire includes cushion rubber for retread, a base tire, and precured tread rubber formed of at least one rubber layer, and is characterized by: the aforementioned cushion rubber for retreaded tires being formed from a rubber composition containing specific quantities of a highly reinforcing carbon black of at least HAF grade, and natural rubber and/or synthetic polyisoprene rubber; the 100% modulus (AM) of the rubber layer (A) that comprises the aforementioned cushion rubber for retread being at least 3.0 MPa and less than 6.0 MPa; and the outermost layer (B) of the aforementioned base tire and the innermost layer (C) of the aforementioned precured tread rubber being formed from a rubber composition containing specific quantities of natural rubber and/or synthetic polyisoprene rubber.

    摘要: A material forms a pattern by applying a photosensitive composition to a base material and drying to form a photosensitive coating and performing exposure and development, and a method for forming the pattern. A photosensitive composition includes water-soluble organic particles, and a solvent, wherein the solvent is a poor solvent for the water-soluble organic particles. Preferably, the water-soluble organic particles of the photosensitive composition includes a polymer which contains a unit structure (A) for forming organic particles, a unit structure (B) for forming interparticle crosslinkage, and a unit structure (C) for imparting dispersibility, and the photosensitive composition further includes a photoacid generator. In addition, the water-soluble organic particles of the photosensitive composition includes a polymer which contains the unit structure (A) for forming organic particles, the unit structure (B) for forming interparticle crosslinkage, the unit structure (C) for imparting dispersibility, and a unit structure (D) having a photoacid generating group.
