    摘要: An apparatus and method for searching for a protein active site by using a bottom-hat transformation are provided. First, an image of protein surface is generated and then a volumetric image is generated by sampling the protein surface in units of a predetermined length. Thereafter a morphology process is performed on the volumetric image, thereby extracting the protein active site from the morphology-processed volumetric image. Accordingly, it is possible to rapidly search for a protein active site in a 3D structural space.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a LED and a lighting apparatus, which employs a LED as a light source of low power and high efficiency for an optical projection system. The lighting apparatus comprises a reflection part together with the LED, and enhances light emitting directionality of the LED, thereby generating parallel light or focused light suitable for the light source of the optical projection system. The LED comprises a negative electrode and a positive electrode formed on an identical plane with different stack constructions, thereby reducing the number of wires between the electrodes occupying a predetermined volume. In addition, the substrate and the electrodes are made of a transparent material to transmit light therethrough, so that the light source using the LED radiates light in all direction as in the light source using the arc discharge, without shielding the light at a rear side by the electrodes.

    摘要: An organic memory device and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. The organic memory device includes an electron channel layer including an organic layer, in which nano particles of a uniform size are dispersed, interposed between metal electrodes, thus having electrical bistability. The organic memory device uses a change of electrical conductivity which results from a substantial change of the electrical structure of the electron channel layer when a voltage is applied. The organic memory device can be integrated using a simple manufacturing process, and ensures uniformity between devices due to the threshold voltage characteristics, even when highly miniaturized.
