摘要: A method and an apparatus for testing a self-commutative electric power conversion device, capable of verifying the maximum voltage stress and the maximum current stress in the main circuit of the device by using a testing facility equipped with the power source and the load having relatively small capacities. The pulse shaped turn on and turn off signals are supplied to the switching elements in the self-commutative electric power conversion device, such that a load current having a desired current level for testing flows though an inductive load connected to an AC output side of the self-commutative electric power conversion device having the DC capacitor charged to a desired voltage level for testing. Then, voltage and current waveforms in the self-commutative electric power conversion device are measured, while the pulse shaped turn on and turn off signals are supplied to the switching elements, to verify an operation of the self-commutative electric power conversion device under voltage stress and current stress.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a titanium-containing sputtering target is disclosed, with the method being capable of reducing the frequency of occurrence of abnormal discharge caused by lattice defects. A first metal powder containing a high melting point metal and a second metal powder containing titanium are manufactured. Subsequently, a mixed powder of the first metal powder and the second metal powder is sintered at a temperature of 695° C. or higher, and then heat-treated at a temperature of 685° C. or lower. After the sintering, the sintered body is heat-treated at a temperature of 685° C. or lower, thereby decreasing plate-like structures (lattice defects) in a sintered phase. Accordingly, it is possible to obtain a titanium-containing sputtering target with which abnormal discharge occurs less frequently.

摘要: In a laser exposure device according to the present invention, a positioning pin, which is formed in a lens holder supporting a lens system, is inserted through an elongated hole for restriction of a board holder supporting a laser diode. An eccentric cam is inserted into an elongated hole for rotation movement formed in a board holder and a circular hole for rotation movement which is formed in the lens holder and which faces the elongated hole for rotation movement. An eccentric cam is inserted into an elongated hole for slide movement formed in the board holder and a circular hole for slide movement which is formed in the lens holder and which faces the elongated hole for slide movement. The eccentric cams are rotated to relatively move the board holder and lens holder with respect to each other to thereby establish alignment between the optical axes of the laser diode and lens system. In a state where the eccentric cams are fitted into the elongated holes, the board holder and lens holder are fixed to each other by screws.
