    摘要: A semiconductor light emitting device manufacture method is provided which can manufacture a semiconductor light emitting device of high quality. A first substrate of an n-type ZnO substrate is prepared. A lamination structure including an optical emission layer made of ZnO based compound semiconductor is formed on the first substrate. A p-side conductive layer is formed on the lamination structure. A first eutectic material layer made of eutectic material is formed on the p-side conductive layer. A second eutectic material layer made of eutectic material is formed on a second substrate. The first and second eutectic material layers are eutectic-bonded to couple the first and second substrates. After the first substrate is optionally thinned, an n-side electrode is formed on a partial surface of the first substrate.

    摘要: [Problem] To provide a method of manufacture for an encased coil body, which is capable of easily manufacturing an encased coil body which is configured so as to be encased in a state where a coil is enclosed within an electrically insulating resin and is also capable of favorably preventing the coil from positional misalignment or deformation at the time of the manufacture.[Means for Solution] The method includes injection-molding a resin covering layer which encases the coil 10 with a thermoplastic resin, in which the injection-molding is carried out such that the injection-molding step is divided into a primary molding step and a secondary molding step, in which the primary molding step includes contacting a primary molding die to an inner circumferential surface of the coil 10 and molding a primary molded body 22-1 which includes an outer circumferential covering portion 46 in a state where the coil 10 is constrained so as to be positioned in a radial direction, and the secondary molding step includes, after the primary molding step, setting the primary molded body 22-1 along with the coil 10 to a secondary molding die and molding a secondary molded body which includes an inner circumferential covering portion.

    摘要: An image processing apparatus includes an obtaining section, a detection section, a first identification section and a second identification section. The obtaining section obtains image data of a first picked-up image and a second picked-up image picked up by an image pickup section. The detection section detects a brightness change region where brightness changes at predetermined time intervals in the first picked-up image on the basis of the obtained image data of the first picked-up image. The first identification section performs straight line detection processing on the obtained image data of the second picked-up image to detect a straight line, so as to identify a candidate straight line in a corresponding region corresponding to the brightness change region. The second identification section identifies a quadrilateral region including the candidate straight line as an extraction candidate region in the second picked-up image.
