Abstract:
Methods and systems for binning defects detected on a specimen are provided. One method includes comparing a test image to reference images. The test image includes an image of one or more patterned features formed on the specimen proximate to a defect detected on the specimen. The reference images include images of one or more patterned features associated with different regions of interest within a device being formed on the specimen. If the one or more patterned features of the test image match the one or more patterned features of one of the reference images, the method includes assigning the defect to a bin corresponding to the region of interest associated with the reference image.
Abstract:
Aminopyridine and aminopyrazine compounds of formula (1), compositions including these compounds, and methods of their use are provided. Preferred compounds of formula 1 have activity as protein kinase inhibitors, including as inhibitors of c-MET.
Abstract:
An inspection system for detecting anomalies on a substrate. The inspection system has a sensor array for generating image data. A first high speed network is coupled to the sensor array and receives and communicates the image data. An array of process nodes is coupled to the first high speed network, and receives and processes the image data to produce anomaly reports. Each process node has an interface card coupled to the first high speed network, that receives the image data from the first high speed network and formats the image data according to a high speed interface bus protocol. A high speed interface bus is coupled to the interface card, receives the image data from the interface card. A computer is coupled to the high speed interface bus, and receives the image data from the high speed interface bus and processes the image data according to an algorithm, to produce the anomaly report. A second high speed network is coupled to the process nodes, and receives the anomaly reports from the process nodes. A job manager is coupled to the second high speed network, and receives the anomaly reports from the process nodes and sends information to the process nodes to coordinate the processing of the image data in the array of process nodes. A first high speed network is coupled to the sensor array and receives and communicates the image data. An array of process nodes is coupled to the first high speed network, and receives and processes the image data to produce anomaly reports. Each of the process nodes has an amount of memory that is sufficient to receive image data representing a plurality of dice on an integrated circuit wafer, and each of the process nodes performs analysis on the plurality of dice. Abstract:
A fuel injector having a piezoelectric actuator. A needle valve is mounted in the injector body and has an opening hydraulic surface substantially surrounded by a high-pressure fuel line in fluid communication with a high-pressure fuel chamber. A control piston partly defines a piston control chamber, which is in fluid communication with the opening hydraulic surface and the high-pressure fuel chamber. The piezoelectric actuator is activated between an off position and an on position for positioning a control valve into an open position or a closed position. A high-pressure fuel condition is maintained in the piston control chamber by fuel supplied from the high-pressure fuel chamber and independent of any actuation of the control valve. In a low pressure fuel condition, a force on the opening hydraulic surface of the needle valve member is greater than the downward force on the closing hydraulic surface thereby opening the needle valve member for producing an injection event.
Abstract:
A femur rasp fastener has a frame and a linkage. The frame has a chamber for housing the linkage. When a femur rasp is engaged with the frame and a handle of the linkage is moved, an arched and elastic suspension bar will be driven to pull a bucking hear which is engaged with a front end of the suspension bar so that the bucking head will clamp a strut in an indented recess located at one end of the femur rasp. The femur rasp thus will be held securely and continuously by the frame of the fastener.
Abstract:
A system and method are disclosed for preventing accidents in a vehicle. The system comprises an eye gaze detector for receiving an eye gaze vector from a driver. The system additionally comprises a proximity sensor for detecting locations of nearby objects and their velocities. A vehicle accident risk is determined based on the nearby object location and velocity. Additionally, the driver's knowledge of vehicle circumstances is determined based on the nearby object location and velocity as well as the eye gaze location. Responsive to the driver's knowledge and the vehicle accident risk, a vehicle alert is activated.

Abstract:
In a nonvolatile memory with block management system, data are written to blocks and are erasable block by block. At any time a pool of blocks are open for storing data concurrently. The number of blocks in the pool is limited. A replacement system allows new blocks to be introduced into the pool without exceeding the limit. In particular, different classes of blocks in the pool each has its own replacement rule, such as closing a least active block before being replaced. In this way, possible inefficiency and premature closure of blocks in the pool can be avoided.
Abstract:
A personal audio device including a flexible headband is disclosed. The flexible headband includes a left and right headband portion. The headband has a longitudinal centerline which occupies a substantially single plane. The personal audio device also includes a left earphone, which is secured to a first end of the left headband portion, and a right earphone, which is secured to a first end of the right headband portion. A connector portion connects a second end of the left headband portion with a second end of the right headband portion. The connector portion is linearly adjustable, which enables a distance between the left headband portion and right headband portion to be variable. A change in the distance causes an inversely proportional change in bent compression force applied by a left earphone and applied by the right earphone.
