    摘要: An oil separator includes a separation part and an oil storage part. The separation part includes a separation cylinder, an inner cylinder disposed in the separation cylinder and an inlet pipe connecting to the separation cylinder tangential to an inner surface of the separation cylinder. The separation part defines an inlet opening to introduce CO2 refrigerant containing oil in the separation cylinder. The separation cylinder separates the oil from the CO2 refrigerant by means of centrifugal force. A ratio of a flow rate (kg/h) of the CO2 refrigerant flowing in the separation cylinder to an area (mm2) of the inlet opening is at least 4. Alternative to or in addition to the above, a ratio of a distance (mm) from an end of the inner cylinder to a bottom wall of the separation cylinder to an inner diameter (mm) of the separation cylinder is at least 2.5.

    摘要: An outer end of a seal element for a fixed scroll is extended to a position close to an end of an inside spiral wall of the fixed scroll, and an outwardly extended portion is formed at an outer periphery of a disc-shaped base plate of a movable scroll, so that a bottom surface of the movable scroll is always kept in a sliding contact entirely with the seal element during the orbital movement of the movable scroll. A thickness of the outwardly extended portion formed at the outer periphery of the disc-shaped base plate is made smaller than that of the disc-shaped base plate, so that the weight of the fluid machine can be smaller.

    摘要: A switch valve structure of a fluid machine (10) having a pump mode to operate as a compressor and a motor mode to operate as an expander is disclosed. In pump mode, a communication path (106) between a working chamber (V) and a high-pressure chamber (104) is closed, while in motor mode, the communication path (106) is opened by a valve unit (107d). The valve unit (107d) is includes a spool portion (117) sliding in the direction substantially perpendicular to the surface to which the communication path (106) opens and a valve portion (127) arranged at the forward end of the spool portion (127) and sliding with the spool portion (117) thereby to open/close the communication path (106). A swivel mechanism (137) is interposed between the spool portion (117) and the valve portion (127) to tilt the sliding axis of the valve portion (127) at an arbitrary angle with respect to the sliding axis of the spool portion (117).

    摘要: In a compressor connected to a discharge pipe for transferring discharged refrigerant to outside, an oil separator has a near column shaped separation chamber which is formed in a housing and whose one end is opened to a surface of the housing, and a separator pipe having a large diameter portion and a small diameter portion both of which are inserted into the separation chamber. The large diameter portion is press fitted to an inner wall of the separation chamber in a vicinity of the opening end thereof so as to form cylindrical space between the small diameter portion and the inner wall of the separation chamber. Further, the discharged pipe is fluid-tightly connected and directly fixed to the housing at the opening end of the separation chamber.
