In one aspect of the invention, the composition is formed from the reaction product of a fluoropolymer or reactive fluoropolymer, an amino silane ester coupling agent or ester equivalent, a multi-olefinic crosslinker, and optional surface modified inorganic particles or sol gel precursors.
