    摘要: The present invention provides a filling apparatus establishing positional coincidence between creases preformed in a packaging material and actual creases to thereby improve the appearance of a packaging container. A light source irradiates a portion of the outer circumferential surface of a packaging material tube which includes an overlap. A sensor receives light emitted from the light source and reflected from the outer circumferential surface of the tube. The overlap is detected as a peak in the sensor output. Light reflected from an edge portion of the packaging material exhibits greater intensity and is seen as a peak in the sensor output indicating position of the overlap.

    摘要: A nonlinear resistor comprising a sintered body containing zinc oxide as a major component and at least bismuth oxide and boron oxide and electrodes formed thereon, said sintered body having a higher .gamma.-form bismuth oxide phase concentration in upper and/or lower surface layers of the sintered body than in the inner portion of the sintered body, has stabilized properties against long-time voltage application. When the sintered body is further modified by making the .gamma.-form bismuth oxide phase concentration in the periphery portions of the upper and/or lower surface layers lower than that in the inner portions of the upper and/or lower surface layers, the resulting nonlinear resistor shows a higher long-duration current impulse withstand capability.

    摘要: A method for producing a crystalline film by melting and resolidifying a film, characterized in preparing a film having a specific region and obtained either by (A) a step of forming a film in which a “specific region” and an “region continuous to a periphery of the specific region and different in thickness from the specific region” co-exist, or by (B) a step of irradiating a film with an elecrtromagnetic wave or particles having a mass in mutually different conditions between a specific region and a peripheral region thereof, and melting and resolidifying at least a part of the film. As the spatial position of the specific region can be exactly and easily controlled, it is possible to obtain a crystalline film in which a crystal grain is formed in a desired position.
