Abstract: In one aspect, the disclosure relates to nanoclusters comprising cores comprising self-assembled unimolecular nanoparticles and biomimetic membrane coatings surrounding the cores, methods of making the same, and methods of treating and preventing restenosis using same. In some embodiments, the nanoclusters can contain an anti-restenotic drug. In one embodiment, the polymers and/or copolymers of the unimolecular nanoparticles can contain a hydrophobic group such as, for example, a phenylboronic ester. In a further embodiment, the biomimetic membrane can localize the nanoclusters at sites of vascular damage, at which time reactive oxygen species (ROS) at the sites of vascular damage cleave the hydrophobic groups from the polymers and/or copolymers, increasing hydrophilicity of the polymers and/or copolymers and allowing for greater tissue penetration of the de-clustered nanoclusters and nanoparticles.

Abstract: Electrically conductive aerogel films, electrodes composed of the electrically conductive aerogel films, and supercapacitors incorporating the electrodes are provided. The aerogel films include reduced graphene oxide particles in combination with metal oxynitride fibers. By including cellulosic nanofibrils in the aerogels, the films can be made mechanically flexible and free-standing.

Abstract: The present technology provide compositions that are drug delivery systems for the sustained release of anti-stenotic drugs for the treatment and prevention of occlusion of blood vessels, particularly after perivascular surgery. The compositions include a hydrogel, unimolecular micelles dispersed within the hydrogel, and an effective amount of anti-stenotic drug dispersed within the unimolecular micelle. The hydrogel may be a di-or tri-block copolymer comprising one block of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) and one or two blocks of poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA). The unimolecular micelle may include three domains: a dendritic polymer core, hydrophobic block polymers (e.g., PVL, PVCL, and/or PCL) attached to the core and PEG attached to the hydrophobic block polymers.

Abstract: Stretchable high frequency transmission lines and high-frequency filters comprising the transmission lines are provided. The transmission lines provide low power loss, even at microwave and millimeter wave frequencies. The transmission lines are thin and flexible and can be stretched without a significant degradation of their scattering parameters. As a result, the transmission lines have applications as interconnects in stretchable and flexible integrated circuits (IC) and circuit device components, such as flexible transistors and flexible diodes.

Abstract: Composite materials comprising electrically conductive particles in a form-stable phase change materials (PCMs) are provided. Also provided as radiation sensors incorporating the composites and methods for detecting radiation using the composites. The PCMs comprise crosslinked polyether polyol that undergoes a reversible solid-solid phase change upon heating. Prior to the phase change, the crosslinked polyether polyol comprises microscopic crystalline domains. When the PCM is heated beyond its phase transition temperature these microscopic crystalline domains melt. However, the form-stable PCMs retain their solid form at the macroscopic level.
