摘要: A plurality of images may be analyzed to determine an object model. The object model may have a plurality of components, and each of the images may correspond with one or more of the components. Component condition information may be determined for one or more of the components based on the images. The component condition information may indicate damage incurred by the object portion corresponding with the component.

摘要: A system and method for automatically detecting, classifying, and processing objects captured in an image. The system receives an image from the image source and detects one or more objects in the image. The system then performs a high-level classification of each of the one or more objects in the image and extracts each of the one or more objects from the image. The system then performs a specific classification of each of the one or more objects and determines a price of each of the one or more objects. Finally, the system generates a pricing report comprising a price of each of the one or more objects.

摘要: Techniques for determining value of a home by applying one or more neural network models to images of spaces in the home. The techniques include: obtaining at least one image of a first space inside or outside of a home; determining a type of the first space by processing the at least one image of the first space with a first neural network model; identifying at least one feature in the first space by processing the at least one image with a second neural network model different from the first neural network model and trained using images of spaces of a same type as the first space; and determining a value of the home at least in part by using the at least one feature as input to a machine learning model different from the first neural network model and the second neural network model.

摘要: The system and methodology of the present invention operate, in one embodiment, to provide a set of cloud-based applications through which creators, initial investors and secondary investors can all interact so that content catalogs can be valued, initially invested in and traded on a secondary basis. As a result, content creators can source valuable capital for growth and expansion as well as other purposes. Separately, the system and methodologies of the present invention provide the unique opportunity for investors to invest in an interesting asset class which is diverse from other typical investment vehicles. The ability to rely on automated valuations at the time of the initial offering as well as the liquidity provided via secondary trading enhances the desirability of the content catalog asset class as well as the revenue streams associated therewith.

摘要: Methods and systems for homeowner-directed risk mitigation for damage to a property associated with insurance-related events are provided. A smart home controller may analyze data received from a plurality of smart devices disposed on, or proximate to, a property as well as data received from an insurance provider. If it is determined that an actual or potential risk of property damage exists, the smart home controller may transmit an alert to a homeowner detailing the risk. The homeowner may respond to the alert by transmitting an instruction to mitigate or prevent damage associated with the risk back to the smart home controller. Subsequently, the smart home controller may transmit information about the actual or potential risks and any homeowner-directed mitigative actions to an insurance provider. The insurance provider may interpret the transmitted data and perform insurance activities, such as providing discounts and adjusting an insurance policy associated with the property.

摘要: A damage assessment module operating on a computer system automatically evaluates a roof, estimating damage to the roof by analyzing a point cloud of a roof. The damage assessment module identifies individual shingles from the point cloud and detects potentially damaged areas on each of the shingles. The damage assessment module then maps the potentially damaged areas of each shingle back to the point cloud to determine which areas of the roof are damaged. Based on the estimation, the damage assessment module generates a report on the roof damage.
