摘要: A system and method to identify and track one or more targets of interest. The system may include a plurality of collection systems to capture information related to visual identifiers and/or electronic signatures associated with targets in selected locations. The system may further include an intelligence system to determine a target of interest based on the information related to visual identifiers and/or electronic signatures and to track the target of interest.

摘要: A method and a system for routing an emergency call to a PSAP [322]. Upon receiving an emergency call request from at least one user device [302] at an eNodeB [304], an ESMLC [310] computes a current location information of the at least one user device [302]. Further, a GMLC [312] identifies a serving cell identifier for the at least one user device [302] based on the current location. Furthermore, an emergency location platform [314] identifies at least one PSAP [322] in a cell site master database [316] based on the serving cell identifier and extracts one or more parameters for the at least one user device [302] from a subscriber information database [318]. Lastly, the emergency location platform [314] provides at least one of the current location information and the one or more parameters to the identified at least one PSAP [322] on an access network channel.

摘要: A process of linking newly submitted unsolicited electronic tips to public-safety data including public-safety cases and tips. An electronic tip processing system correlates a newly received unsolicited electronic tip with public-safety cases. A correlation score is assigned to each public-safety case. The system selects a public-safety case which has a correlation score greater than or equal to a threshold. The system then presents a notification to a case supervisor assigned to the selected public-safety case. The notification indicates availability of new tip information to the case supervisor and also requests the case supervisor to review and validate whether the new tip information including the unsolicited electronic tip is relevant to the public-safety case. When a response received from the case supervisor indicates that the electronic tip is validated by the case supervisor as being relevant to the public-safety case, the system links the unsolicited electronic tip to the public-safety case.

摘要: A computer-implemented method for providing a personalized interface to a user based on whether the user is serious about making a purchase may include: obtaining customer identification data and customer input data a customer, wherein the customer input data comprises a request from the customer; determining a request status of the customer based on the customer identification data and the customer input data; obtaining customer interface activity data of the customer based on the request status; obtaining customer purchasing data of the customer based on the request status; generating a prediction model based on the customer interface activity data and the customer purchasing data; training the generated prediction model by classifying the customer based on the customer interface activity data and the customer purchasing data; obtaining user identification data and user interface activity data of a user via a user device, the user interface activity data indicating interactive activities between the user and a user interface displayed on the user device; determining a rating of the user to purchase a product based on the user identification data, the user interface activity data, and the prediction model; and providing, to the user, an updated user interface on the user device based on the determined rating.

摘要: A system and method assessing maritime vessel risk in response to automatically detected maritime visual events is provided. At least one maritime visual event is detected by at least one camera aboard a vessel that provides image data of the visual event to a processor. The visual event can be associated with at least one of, safety, security, maintenance, crew behavior, and cargo. A risk assessment score is produced in response to the detected visual event, and that risk assessment score is provided to a user in a desired format. Production of the risk assessment score can entail comparing the visual event to data of complying or non-complying model visual events from a data storage. Risk assessment scores can be aggregated from plurality of events and/or a fleet of vessels to generate overall scores for the vessel and fleet.

摘要: Methods and systems for processing audio information to identify persons of interest in regard to a public-safety incident. An example method includes receiving human-generated narrative statements as audio and converting the narrative statements into corresponding digital texts. The method further includes determining incriminating scores for each of the narrative statements by identifying, in the digital texts, incident information classified as not being publicly known. The method further includes determining a cumulative score for an individual based on the incriminating scores tagged to the individual, making a determination of whether the individual is a person of interest based on a comparison of the cumulative score with a fixed threshold, and performing at least one automated responsive action based on the determination.
