The transmission assembly includes a gas exchange valve, a coupling element, a slotted guide module comprising slotted guide tracks, mounting members, a camshaft, cam following roller elements, at least two transmission elements, and a valve stroke adjustment device. Each transmission element is directly or indirectly in an operative connection with one gas exchange valve via the coupling element. The transmission elements are mounted via the mounting members in the slotted guide tracks. Each transmission element is in an operative connection with the camshaft via the cam following roller elements. The valve stroke adjustment device sets different maximum strokes of a gas exchange valve. The mounting members and the cam following roller elements are mounted on a rotary axis. Each of the cam following roller elements has two mounting members assigned thereto to increase a rigidity of the rotary axis.

    摘要: A camshaft includes a carrier shaft to be mounted rotatably in a shaft axis and at least one cam pack axially displaceable on the carrier shaft. The cam pack includes at least two cams and at least one adjusting member for axial adjustment of the cam pack. The cams and adjusting member are interconnected in an axially adjacent configuration by an integrally molded body. The body is integrally molded on at least one cam and the adjusting member by an original molding process and a composite structure is formed by the integrally molded body. The composite structure can be mounted in a direct configuration on the carrier shaft to be axially displaceable thereon. The cams and the adjusting member include inner toothing engaging in an axially displaceable manner with outer toothing of the carrier shaft. A cam pack and a method for producing a camshaft are also provided.

    摘要: A power transmission apparatus transmits power from a rotatable cam to an output mechanism. A variable length lever, comprised of first and second lever sections, is pivoted to a lever support by a fulcrum. The lever sections telescopingly or otherwise interconnected to allow the over-all length of the lever to vary. In addition, the first lever section includes a cam following end portion which is drivenly coupled to the cam. Also, the second lever section has an output end portion which is pivoted to the output mechanism. The lever oscillates when the cam following end portion is driven by the cam and drives the output mechanism. A drive adjustment device moves the fulcrum relative to the cam following and output end portions of the first and second lever sections. This varies the throw of the output end portion with the zero drive being possible. The travel of the cam following end portion is restricted to a first line and the travel of the output end portion is restricted to a second line parallel to and spaced from the first line. To increase the compactness of the apparatus, this first line may be parallel to the plane of rotation of the cam with the lever being angled outwardly from such plane of rotation. A biasing mechanism, which may be internal to the lever sections, urges the cam following and output end portions away from one another.

    摘要: A transferring mechanism is arranged to transfer parts from one place to another. The mechanism includes a cam lever which is rotated by a cam. A follower lever is rotatable and has a transfer member (e.g., a chuck) mounted at its free end. A connecting structure has a first connection with the cam lever and a second connection with the follower lever in order to transmit rotary motion from the former to the latter. The first and second connectors are slidable along the cam and follower levers, respectively, in order to change the length of the stroke of the transfer member. A displacement mechanism is connected to the connecting structure for moving the latter and its first and second connections. The displacement mechanism is mounted independently of the cam lever and follower cam.
