    摘要: A key assembly in accordance with embodiments of the invention comprises a base, a keycap, a biasing mechanism, a first linkage, and a second linkage. The keycap is spaced from the base along a press direction and configured to move between an unpressed position and a pressed position relative to the base. The unpressed and pressed positions are separated by a first amount in the press direction and a second amount in a lateral direction orthogonal to the press direction. The first amount is at least as much as the second amount and no larger than twice the second amount. The biasing mechanism is configured to bias the keycap away from the base. The first and second linkages are rotatably coupled to the base and the keycap.

This coating (12) includes at least two layers, an overmoulding layer (14) made of a synthetic material and an intermediate layer (13) made of silicone interposed between the outer surface of the chamber (4) and the overmoulding layer (14).According to the invention, the intermediate layer (13) is discontinuous and localised on the metal portions of the chamber (4) so as to cover at least partially the outer surface of the metal portions, where the silicone of the intermediate layer (13) includes hollow bodies, where these hollow bodies are compressible, and have a skin made of a thermoplastic material.The invention also relates to a switchgear including at least one such vacuum bulb (1), in particular a circuit-breaker pole.Finally, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing such a vacuum bulb (1) and also to a method for manufacturing such a circuit-breaker pole.

The method for manufacturing a sealed contactor, including: forming a driving body and coupling a housing and a plate; air-tightly fixing a detachable chamber and forming the interior of the chamber under an insulating gas atmosphere; tightly attaching the cylinder to the plate by a tight-attachment inducing member within the chamber under the insulating gas atmosphere to form a sealing structure; exhausting the chamber; disassembling the chamber from the plate; and sealing the tightly attached plate and the cylinder.

The method for producing an electric contact element (100), which can be electrically contacted by a mating contact, comprises the following steps: producing a wire (120) from a first electrically conductive material (112); coating the wire surface with a sheath (114) made of a second electrically conductive material; partially removing the sheath (114) in a direction along a longitudinal wire axis (118); forming at least one cylindrical semifinished product (110) by dividing the wire in a direction transverse to the longitudinal wire axis; fixing the semifinished product on a contact carrier (104) such that the second electrically conductive material is connected to the contact carrier; and reshaping the welded semifinished product so as to form the contact element (100), wherein a contact area (106), which is accessible for a mating contact, is formed by the first electrically conductive material.
