    摘要: A piezoelectric acoustic component includes a diaphragm having a substantially rectangular piezoelectric plate including front and back surfaces, an electrode disposed on the front surface, a substantially rectangular metal plate bonded to the back surface of the substantially rectangular piezoelectric plate directly or via an electrode disposed on the back surface of the substantially rectangular piezoelectric plate, an insulating cap having an upper wall, four side walls extending from the upper, a pair of support members arranged to support the diaphragm at the inside of the two of four sides walls opposed to each other, and a plate shaped substrate having a first electrode section and a second electrode section. The diaphragm is disposed the insulating cap. Two of four side edges of the diaphragm are opposed to each other and fixed to the pair of support members. A gap is formed between the other two of four side edges of the diaphragm and the cap and is sealed by elastic sealing material. An acoustic space is provided between the diaphragm and the upper wall of the insulating cap. An opening edge of the four side walls of the insulating cap is bonded to the substrate. The metal plate is electrically connected to the first electrode section. The electrode disposed on the front surface of the substantially rectangular piezoelectric plate is electrically connected to the second electrode section.

    摘要: The invention relates to a protective device for a clean robot that includes a base 7 in which actuators 4 and 5 for driving a robot arm 3 are accommodated; a translational guide 8 for causing the base 7 to travel in a rectilinear direction; and a robot controller 10 that drives and controls the drive motor 4A and 5A of the robot arm 3 and an actuator 9 of the translational guide 8; wherein the protective device further includes acceleration sensors 11, which are disposed in the base 7 and are provided in respective axes so that they can detect an impact, when the clean robot 1 interferes with a surrounding substance, as vibration acceleration in the three-dimensional directions; an interference detecting device 13 that outputs a pulse when the detection signals of the acceleration sensors 11 of the respective axes exceed the threshold values that will become standards; and the first AND circuit that converts signals outputted from the interference detection means of the respective axes to interference signals, and the drive motors 4A and 5A for the robot arm 3 and the actuator for driving the translation guide 8 are stopped; whereby it is possible to prevent an internally incorporated speed reducer in the robot from being damaged.

    摘要: Highlight density (X.sub.H) (or shadow density) is established on the basis of a cumlative histogram (H(X)) of density of an original. Computed first are reference densities (X.sub.HR, X.sub.HL and X.sub.Hl -X.sub.Hn) associated with prescribed reference statistic values (Y.sub.HR, Y.sub.HL and Y.sub.Hl -Y.sub.Hn), respectively, and threshold values (W.sub.Hl -W.sub.Hn). Then, the reference density (X.sub.HR) is compared with a prescribed threshold density (X.sub.HS), and a difference (X.sub.Hi) concerning the reference density (X.sub.Hi) is compared with the threshold value (W.sub.Hi) in a procedure, to thereby select one of procedures for establishing the highlight density.

An accumulated density historgram curve of the original is obtained from image data of the original. A first gradation correction curve is obtained by modifying the standard gradation correction curve, while a second gradation correction curve is obtained by modifying the accumulated density histogram curve. A third gradation correction curve is obtained by linear combination of the first and second gradation conversion curves to perform gradation correction of the image data on the basis of the third gradation correction curve.
