摘要： The present invention provides novel Micrococcineae spp serine proteases having multiple substitutions. In particular, the present invention provides serine proteases having multiple substitutions, DNA encoding these proteases, vectors comprising the DNA encoding the proteases, host cells transformed with the vector DNA, and enzymes produced by the host cells. The present invention also provides cleaning compositions (e.g., detergent compositions), animal feed compositions, and textile and leather processing compositions comprising these serine protease variants. In particularly preferred embodiments, the present invention provides mutant (i.e., variant) proteases derived from the wild-type proteases described herein. These variant proteases also find use in numerous applications.

摘要： In one embodiment, after translating a plurality of target instructions from a target memory location into a plurality of host instructions, a write operation to a target memory portion which includes said target memory location is detected. In response to the detecting, a copy of the target instructions is stored in a host memory. In response to an attempt to execute the host instructions, the copy is compared with a plurality of current target instructions presently stored in the target memory location. Further, in response to a mismatch based on the comparison, the host instructions are disabled.

Also disclosed is a method of assessing the condition of a pipeline by means of a probe located inside the pipeline, comprising the steps of: transmitting an RF signal from the probe; receiving an RF signal at the probe; comparing the received and an expected signal and, based on the result of the comparison, indicating that the pipeline is acceptable or not.
