摘要: The present invention provides an electronic apparatus with an operation button that can be easily mounted and prevents from being pushed into the electronic apparatus excessively. A front panel is provided with a button mounting portion. The front panel is further provided with an opening, a stopper portion, and a convex portion. The convex portion is fitted into a concave portion formed in an operation button to position the operation button. The operation button is sandwiched between the convex portion and a decorative panel. When an operating portion is pushed, a hinge portion formed on the operation button is bent to allow a pushing portion inserted through the opening to operate an internal switch. An abutting portion abuts against the stopper portion to inhibit the operation button from being excessively pushed in.

摘要: This invention is a technique to appropriately manage and use data before and after updating in a directory server. A data processing method executed by the directory server comprises: receiving first request data containing at least a first attribute value and concerning registration of an attribute into a particular entry and storing the first request data into a request data storage; generating first attribute data containing at least the first attribute value and data concerning a valid period of the first attribute value, and storing the first attribute data into a first attribute table; and storing an address of the first attribute table in which the first attribute data is stored, into an attribute management table corresponding to the particular entry. According to this method, as for the attribute, the attribute value is associated with data concerning the valid period of the attribute value. Therefore, a user can know which of the attribute values is currently valid, the period for which a particular attribute value was valid, and other information.

摘要: An oxygen concentration-detecting device detects the concentration of oxygen present in exhaust gases emitted from an internal combustion engine. The device includes an oxygen sensor of a limit current type. A heater heats the oxygen sensor. A first voltage is applied to the oxygen sensor and the concentration of oxygen is detected based on a first output current from the oxygen sensor obtained when the first voltage is applied to the oxygen sensor. A second voltage is applied to the oxygen sensor at a first repetition period and the internal resistance of the oxygen sensor is detected based on a second output current from the oxygen sensor obtained when the second voltage is applied to the oxygen sensor. The oxygen sensor is heated by the heater based on the internal resistance of the oxygen sensor detected. Values of the concentration of oxygen are sampled based on the first output current from the oxygen sensor at a second repetition period shorter than the first repetition period and the sampled values of the concentration of oxygen are stored. The concentration of oxygen is estimated based on the sampled values of the concentration of oxygen stored. In another form of the invention, a predetermined repetition period (first repetition period) at which the second voltage is applied is set in dependence on operating conditions of the engine.

摘要: Multilayered stacks having layers of silicon interleaved with layers of a dielectric, such as silicon dioxide, are plasma etched with non-corrosive process gas chemistries. Etching plasmas of fluorine source gases, such as SF6 and/or NF3 typically only suitable for dielectric layers, are energized by pulsed RF to achieve high aspect ratio etching of silicon/silicon dioxide bi-layers stacks without the addition of corrosive gases, such as HBr or Cl2. In embodiments, a mask open etch and the multi-layered stack etch are performed in a same plasma processing chamber enabling a single chamber, single recipe solution for patterning such multi-layered stacks. In embodiments, 3D NAND memory cells are fabricated with memory plug and/or word line separation etches employing a fluorine-based, pulsed-RF plasma etch.

摘要: One or more openings in an organic mask layer deposited on a first insulating layer over a substrate are formed. One or more openings in the first insulating layer are formed through the openings in the organic mask using a first iodine containing gas. An antireflective layer can be deposited on the organic mask layer. One or more openings in the antireflective layer are formed down to the organic mask layer using a second iodine containing gas. The first insulating layer can be deposited on a second insulating layer over the substrate. One or more openings in the second insulating layer can be formed using a third iodine containing gas.

摘要: A pattern formation method suitable for forming micro-patterns using electron beams (EB), X-rays, or extreme ultraviolet radiation (EUV) is provided. The method includes the following steps in the following order: (1) a step of forming and curing a under-layer film containing a radiation-sensitive acid generator which generates an acid upon exposure to radiation on a substrate, (2) a step of irradiating the under-layer film with radiation through a mask to cause an acid to be selectively generated in the exposed area of the under-layer film, (3) a step of forming an upper-layer film which does not contain a radiation-sensitive acid generator, but contains a composition capable of polymerization or crosslinking by the action of an acid, (4) a step of forming a cured film by polymerization or crosslinking selectively in the area of the upper-layer film corresponding to the area of the under-layer film in which the acid has been generated, and (5) a step of removing the area of the upper-layer film corresponding to the area of the under-layer film in which the acid has not been generated.
