摘要: A cruise control system for an automotive vehicle with a manual or automatic transmission, includes an inhibition circuit. The inhibiting circuit blocks communication between a power supply and an actuator and/or a controller when the manual transmission is set in a predetermined gear or when the automatic transmission is set in a driving range other than the drive range, so as to inhibit the controller from operating in the cruise control mode. When the vehicle is provided with an automatic transmission which is selectively set in first, second, third or fourth gear while the shift lever is set in the drive range position, the cruise control system includes a first inhibiting circuit which blocks the communication when the shift lever is set in a position other than the drive range position, and a second inhibiting circuit which blocks the communication when the automatic transmission is set in either the first or second range while the shift lever is set in the drive range position.

摘要: A picture element data generating method comprises the steps of extracting a noticeable pixel and a plurality of reference pixels from image data, the reference pixels being adjacent to the noticeable pixel; and generating a pixel positioned within a minimum polygon which is formed so as to include the noticeable pixel and the reference pixels as vertexes thereof or include the reference pixels as vertexes and the noticeable pixel on a side thereof. A level of the pixel being calculated by use of levels of the noticeable and reference pixels which are weighed.

摘要: In a car lift apparatus including a pair of spaced apart posts each having a vertically-movable carriage, a pair of swing arms pivotally connected to the carriage for swinging movement each comprises a hollow support arm element connected to a pivotal pin of the carriage and a telescopic hollow arm element supported by and slidable in the former arm element. The latter arm element has a hollow cylinder therein, while the former arm element includes a hollow piston rod therein which has one end thereof in the cylinder. A piston is connected to the end of the piston rod in the cylinder. The hollow piston rod is connected, at its other end, to an air compressor located outside the lift apparatus. The piston rod is also connected, at its same end, to the carriage by means of a chain which engages a portion of the pivotal pin, to which is connected the support arm element, at a portion of the middle section of the chain.

摘要: In a washing device for parts of body including first cylinder means comprising a first cylinder and a first piston to be operated in the front end direction thereof by introducing pressurized water onto the first cylinder and a second piston to be operated in the front end direction thereof by introducing pressurized water into the second cylinder; pressurized water control means for selectively supplying pressurized water to both of the first and second cylinders, or to any one of them; and pressurized water supply means for supplying pressurized water to the pressurized water control means: the washing device further including sensor means for sensing that any one of the first and second pistons is operated over a predetermined operating position in the front end direction thereof. As one aspect of the invention, the pressurized water control means may be provided with a control member for controlling a supply amount pressurized water and which member is operated based on an input signal of the sensor means to supply a small amount of pressurized water. While, as another aspect of the invention, the pressurized water supply means may comprise pump means the capacity of which is variable to vary the capacity of pump means so as to reduce based on an input signal in the sensor means. The washing device of this invention can spout a weaken fountain for the purpose of bidet-washing with reliability, while it can spout an intensive fountain for the purpose of anus-washing. Also, there is no fear that a person who undergoes the anus or bidet-washing feels unpleasant.
