摘要: In an electric device (1), an air inlet (3),a gas-liquid contact portion (5), a water collecting portion (6) and an air outlet (7) are arranged in sequential order from upstream of an air duct (2). In a water storage portion (8) the gas-liquid contact portion (5) is dipped and the water collected thereby is stored. An electrolyzing portion (9) generates the electrolyzed water (4) containing an active oxygen species by electrolyzing the water stored in the water storage portion (8). As a result, a compact electric device with an air cleaning function is provided at low cost that is capable of generating water containing an active oxygen species without requiring additional water feed and without generating a by-product.

摘要: For each pixel in an image (Din), a contrast correlation value (CT) is detected for peripheral areas centered around the pixel to be corrected (1), a contrast enhancement coefficient (Ken) is determined in accordance with the contrast correlation value (CT) (2), and in accordance with the enhancement coefficient (Ken), local contrast is enhanced for each pixel and an intermediate image (D3) is generated (3). When performing noise reduction (5) by smoothing the intermediate image (D3) in the time direction, the degree of noise reduction is controlled in accordance with a noise reduction coefficient (Knr) that is large where the enhancement coefficient (Ken) is large. With respect to a low-contrast image such as one captured under fog, haze or other poor weather conditions, the contrast in areas having reduced contrast is appropriately improved, and the noise that is enhanced in conjunction with contrast improvement is reduced, enabling a high quality image to be obtained.

摘要: An electronic device that defends against an attack trying to identify confidential information from power consumption is provided without any circuit that performs a complementary operation to eliminate bias in power consumption. An elementary device A 100 is formed by a plurality of transistors 101-112. The elementary device A 100 receives inputs signals x1, x2, a random number r, and a control signal en, and outputs z. The output z is obtained by XORing (x1^r)&(x2^r) with the random number r. After the state transitions of the input signal, x1, x2, and the random number r, are settled, the control signal en is used to output z. This makes the signal transition rate of the output z equal, thereby defending against an attack trying to identify confidential information from power consumption.

摘要: A film formation method of forming a silicon oxide film on a surface of an object to be processed in a process chamber includes absorbing a seed gas comprising a silane-based gas on the surface of the object to be processed by supplying the seed gas into the process chamber, forming a silicon film having an impurity by supplying a silicon-containing gas as a material gas, and an addition gas including the impurity into the process chamber, and oxidizing the silicon film to convert the silicon film into the silicon oxide film. Accordingly, the silicon oxide film having the high density and the high stress is formed on the surface of the object to be processed.

摘要: A parking assist apparatus for guiding a vehicle to a target parking position includes an initial position guiding unit configured to generate an initial position guiding path at a predetermined timing, the initial position guiding path leading from a current position of the vehicle to an initial position where vehicle guidance to the target parking position is started. The initial position guiding unit is also configured to guide the vehicle along the initial position guiding path to the initial position. The apparatus also includes an obstacle detecting unit configured to detect an obstacle around the vehicle. When the obstacle detected by the obstacle detecting unit is located along the initial position guiding path, the initial position guiding unit generates the initial position guiding path such that the obstacle detected by the obstacle detecting unit can be avoided.

摘要: A method for producing a composition for external use containing a physiologically acceptable salt of a tranexamate as an active ingredient, which is dispersed in the composition in the state of fine particles, includes dissolving a physiologically acceptable salt of the tranexamate in a solvent to prepare a solution, to which a salting-out agent is added to precipitate the salt. Such salt is so dispersed in a composition for external use in the state of fine particles, that the tranexamate salt can be mixed without using a large amount of an oil component to obtain a composition for external use affording excellent feel of use and stability.

摘要: There is a need for providing a battery-less integrated circuit (IC) card capable of operating in accordance with a contact usage or a non-contact usage, preventing coprocessor throughput from degrading despite a decreased clock frequency for reduced power consumption under non-contact usage, and ensuring high-speed processing under non-contact usage. A dual interface card is a battery-less IC card capable of operating in accordance with a contact usage or a non-contact usage. The dual interface card operates at a high clock under contact usage and at a low clock under non-contact usage. A targeted operation comprises a plurality of different basic operations. The dual interface card comprises a basic arithmetic circuit group. Under the contact usage, the basic arithmetic circuit group performs one basic operation of the targeted operation at one cycle. Under the non-contact usage, the basic arithmetic circuit group sequentially performs at least two basic operations of the targeted operation at one cycle.

摘要: An adjustment safeguard for a set screw that is rotatably held in a housing has a cap that is non-rotatably secured on the head of the set screw. The cap is received in a sleeve of the housing and surrounded with minimal radial play by the sleeve that is essentially coaxially positioned relative to the cap. The cap is received with its axial length in the sleeve. The cap has a projection and the sleeve has a stop arranged in the interior of the sleeve. Projection and stop interact with each other in a rotational direction of the set screw. The cap has a top part and a separate bottom part. The bottom part is secured axially and non-rotatably on the head of the set screw. The bottom part engages with form fit the top part in the rotational direction and is axially connected to the top part.
