摘要: A microelectromechanical system (MEMS) device includes a semiconductor substrate, a MEMS including a fixed electrode and a movable electrode formed on the semiconductor substrate through an insulating layer, and a well formed in the semiconductor substrate below the fixed electrode. The well is one of an n-type well and a p-type well. The p-type well applies a positive voltage to the fixed electrode while the n-type well applies a negative voltage to the fixed electrode.

摘要: At both sides of a pair of doors 10L, 10R, a pair of television cameras (two-dimensional image sensors) 18A, 18B for detecting a moving object, and a pair of spare infrared ray sensors 20A, 20B are provided. A central control unit 16 calculates the position and moving direction of moving object by image processing of outputs of television cameras 18A, 18B, and predicts the passing position of moving object on the vertical plane P when the moving object approaches, thereby calculating the target opening degree of a pair of doors 10L, 10R individually, and determines the target opening degree of doors in full closing when the moving object leaves away, and thus outputs move command signals to motor controllers 14L, 14R so that the pair of doors 10L, 10R may be set at the target opening degree.

摘要: There is provided a common mode choke coil whose impedance value can be easily adjusted by changing the thickness of an insulation layer for impedance value adjustment appropriately. An insulation layer for impedance value adjustment is formed throughout a principal surface of a first magnetic substrate. Coil patterns and insulation layers are alternately formed on that layer. Parts of the insulation layers other than the insulation layer for impedance value adjustment are removed in either or both of a central region surrounded by the coil patterns and a region around the coil patterns. A resin including magnetic powder is provided on the uppermost insulation layer and the regions where the insulation layers have been removed, and a second magnetic substrate is bonded through a bonding layer.

摘要: A grating of the present invention has a groove cross section shaped, for example, like a sinusoidal wave or a sawtooth other than a laminar shape, and a groove bottom part shaped as a flat form. In a region wherein the groove cycle and the used wavelength are the same degree for wavelengths from near infrared to infrared, the grating of the present invention has the excellent spectrum performance (high efficiency in balance in a wide wavelength zone) more than a holographic grating and an echellette grating in related arts. When replicas for the grating of the present invention are manufactured, the engagement force of grooves with each other is small as the groove aspect ratio is small, and a release agent sufficiently reaches the groove bottom as the groove bottom is large.

摘要: A common-mode filter with a drum type core including a core portion and flange portions. Electrodes are provided on the flange portions and a pair of wires are wound on the core portion. The wound pair of wires have ends connected to respective ones of the electrodes. Each of the flange portions has a groove between corresponding two of the electrodes and a separation protrusion for separating the groove into two lead-out groove portions. The pair of wires are wound on the core portion in such a distributed winding manner that an inter-wire distance between the pair of wires and a winding pitch between adjacent turns in each of the pair of wires are provided. The wires are one-by-one led out through the lead-out groove portions while separated by the separation protrusions so that the ends of the pair of wires are connected to respective electrodes.
