摘要: A brake system for a vehicle can be operated without a driver. It has a service brake device, a parking brake device and an emergency braking device. At least the wheel brake devices of the wheels of one axle of the vehicle have emergency brake actuators which switchover the assigned wheel brake devices into the braking state as a result of the triggering of an emergency braking operation. The emergency braking operation can be triggered either manually by means of an emergency operator control device or automatically by means of a monitoring device if the latter has detected an unacceptable operating state of the vehicle in the driverless operating mode.

摘要: The device according to the invention relates to a device for evaluating and/or influencing a vehicle movement variable and/or the vehicle movement behavior. For this purpose, the device has the following means: operator control means (10) with which the driver can generate predefined values (VG) for influencing at least one vehicle movement variable. Evaluation means (42, 44, 46, 48) with which the behavior of a vehicle movement variable with respect to a predefined value is evaluated, and/or with which the vehicle movement behavior is evaluated with respect to a predefined vehicle movement behavior as a function of vehicle movement variables and/or of variables which represent the surroundings of the vehicle. These evaluation means (42, 44, 46, 48) can be operated in at least two different operating states, only an information item (OHAx) relating to the behavior of the vehicle movement variable and/or relating to the vehicle movement behavior being made available to the driver in a first operating state as a function of the result of the evaluation which is carried out, and output signals (AGSx) for influencing a vehicle movement variable and/or the vehicle movement behavior independently of the driver being determined in a second operating state as a function of the result of the evaluation which is carried out. In addition, the device has influencing means (40) by means of which the driver can switch over the evaluation means (42, 44, 46, 48) between the at least two operating states. There is also provision of processing means (12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22) with which actuation signals (ASSx) for actuating actuators (26, 28, 30) which are arranged in the vehicle are generated on the basis of the predefined values (VG) which are generated by the driver and/or, if the evaluation means (42, 44, 46, 48) are operated in the second operating state, on the basis of the output signals (AGSx). The actuation of the actuator (26, 28, 30) influences the vehicle movement variable and/or the vehicle movement behavior.

摘要: Internal combustion engines, which have an exhaust-gas turbocharger that possesses an adjustable turbine geometry, include a waste-gate bypass. When a valve controlling the waste-gate bypass malfunctions, the pressure in the intake-system branch and the exhaust-system branch may increase to an undesirably high level, which may result in component parts being damaged. To prevent this in an internal combustion engine having an exhaust-gas turbocharger, a pressure sensor is provided, which determines the pressure in or upstream from the turbine and transmits it to an electronic control unit. When the control unit determines that a preselected limiting value of the pressure has been exceeded, the turbine geometry is modified so that the turbine may be prevented from being damaged. This arrangement is provided for internal combustion engines, which have an exhaust-gas turbocharger and are equipped with, in particular, an engine-braking device.

摘要: The invention relates to a control system (1) for a vehicle provided with an electronically controlled drive train (2) which comprises a steering system (6), a braking system (7) and a transmission unit (4). An operating unit (10) generates a motion vector (BV) based on a driver's wish (FW), from which control signals (SS) are generated by a control unit (12) for controlling the drive train (2). In order to simplify maneuvering, more particularly reversing, a trajectory calculator (13) is provided, said trajectory calculator calculating the trajectory of movement for the situation and position of the vehicle (3) on the basis of actual values that are detected by a status and position determining device (14) and on the basis of set values that can be inputted by means of a target input device (15). The trajectory of movement consists of a sequence of motion vectors (BV), which move the vehicle from its actual status and actual position to the set status and set position when the drive train (2) executes the motion vectors (BV) of the trajectory of movement. For said purpose, the trajectory calculator (13) is coupled to the operating unit (10) and additionally to the control unit (12) by means of a common drive train interface (11) for transmitting the motion vectors (BV).

A particularly reliable system is obtained if a first input device (10) is provided, by means of which an actual position and an actual orientation of the frame can be input into the path computer (8), and if a second input device (11) is provided by means of which an actual position and an actual orientation of the trailer can be input into the path computer (8). The path computer (8) is then configured in such a way that it calculates, from the actual position and the actual orientation of the frame, a reference position and a reference orientation for the trailer in which the trailer is located under the frame in order to pick it up, and in that said path computer (8) calculates, from the actual values and the reference values of the position and orientation of the trailer, the path which leads the trailer backward under the frame.

摘要: In a method and apparatus for early detection and prediction of damage to assemblies in machine plants, including mobile machine plants, structure-borne sound of the machine system is sensed by a sensor, output as an acceleration signal and analyzed in a digital signal processor. For this purpose, the acceleration signal is first transformed into the frequency domain by means of a fast-Fourier transformation, and the data obtained in this manner are then transformed back into the time domain by means of cepstrum analysis, so that resonance data relating to individual shock pulses (a cepstrum) is obtained in the time domain. This cepstrum is then compared with a reference cepstrum that is selected in accordance with load signals and rotational speed signals for the present operating state in a new machine plant in a storage device. When limiting values are exceeded, the diagnostic signal (in particular information relating to the assembly which is diagnosed as damaged and its predicted remaining service life) are displayed for the user and an emergency operating mode is initiated.

摘要: The present invention relates to a device and a method for the early detection and prediction of damage to assemblies in machine plants, in particular also to mobile machine plants. For this purpose, the structure-borne sound of the machine system is sensed by a sensor (1) and output as an acceleration signal and analyzed in a digital signal processor (DSP). In this context, in order to avoid negative influences of ambient vibrations or structure-borne sounds which are not associated with the state of the machine plant, the acceleration signal is firstly transformed into the frequency domain by means of a fast-Fourier transformation, and the data obtained in this way is then transformed again into the time domain by means of cepstrum analysis so that resonance data relating to individual shock pulses (a cepstrum) is obtained in the time domain. This cepstrum is then compared with a comparison cepstrum which is available in accordance with load signals and rotational speed signals for the present operating state in a new machine plant in a storage device. When limiting values are exceeded, the diagnostic signal, in particular information relating to the assembly which is diagnosed as damaged and its predicted remaining service life, are displayed for the user and an emergency operating mode is initiated.

摘要: In a method for the avoidance of rollover phenomena in semitrailers with the emission of warning signals for the driver of the vehicle when driving inappropriately, the center of gravity of the load of the semitrailer is calculated in an on-board computer. From the center of gravity thus determined and the known weight of the loaded semitrailer, the on-board computer calculates a rollover limit as a function of instantaneous driving parameters, on exceeding of which limit a warning is issued to the driver of the vehicle.
