Porous hexagonal, cubic, lamellar, wormhole, or cellular foam aluminosilicates, gallosilicates and titanosilicates derived from protozeolitic seeds or zeolite fragments using an organic porogen directing agent are described. The porous aluminosilicates optionally also can contain zeolite crystals depending upon the aging of the protozeolitic seeds. The silicon and aluminum, gallium or titanium centers in the structures are stable so that the framework of the structure does not collapse when heated in the presence of water or water vapor (steam). The steam stable compositions can be used as catalysts for hydrocarbon conversions, including the fluidized bed catalytic cracking and the hydrocracking of petroleum oils, and other reactions of organic compounds.

A method is given for deriving a backup path routing spare capacity template that is feasible, scalable, adaptive, much faster, and near global optimal in redundancy reduction. The method includes determining working paths, aggregating the working paths into a first matrix, determining backup paths, aggregating the backup paths into a second matrix, and deriving the template from the first and second matrices. A method is also given for successively approximating the optimal spare capacity allocation needed for a network. The method includes, determining the link cost associated with a selected traffic flow's backup path, determining an updated link cost that is less than the current link cost, determining a backup path with the updated link cost, and notifying the rest of the network of the backup path.

A semi-insulating silicon carbide monocrystal and a method of growing the same are disclosed. The semi-insulating silicon carbide monocrystal comprises intrinsic impurities, deep energy level dopants and intrinsic point defects. The intrinsic impurities are introduced unintentionally during manufacture of the silicon carbide monocrystal, and the deep energy level dopants and the intrinsic point defects are doped or introduced intentionally to compensate for the intrinsic impurities. The intrinsic impurities include shallow energy level donor impurities and shallow energy level acceptor impurities. A sum of a concentration of the deep energy level dopants and a concentration of the intrinsic point defects is greater than a difference between a concentration of the shallow energy level donor impurities and a concentration of the shallow energy level acceptor impurities, and the concentration of the intrinsic point defects is less than the concentration of the deep energy level dopants. The semi-insulating SiC monocrystal has resistivity greater than 1×105 Ω·cm at room temperature, and its electrical performances and crystal quality satisfy requirements for manufacture of microwave devices. The deep energy level dopants and the intrinsic point defects jointly serve to compensate the intrinsic impurities, so as to obtain a high quality semi-insulating single crystal.

The method comprises: when upload data authorization information has expired and the amount of buffer data in a logical channel of the mobile terminal is zero, starting a timer; judging whether or not the timer is timed out, and if upload data authorization information is received before the timer is timed out, resetting the timer and initiating an E-RUCCH access; if the upload data authorization information is not received before the timer is timed out, resetting the timer when the timer is timed out and judging whether there is any buffer data in the logical channel; and when the amount of the buffer data in the logical channel exceeds a threshold of the buffer data in the logical channel, initiating the E-RUCCH access. Through the above-mentioned method and the mobile terminal, it is able to control the E-RUCCH access time of the mobile terminal and prevent the mobile terminal from initiating unnecessary, frequent access.
