    摘要: A method of forming a piezoelectric resonator having a resonation structure is provided. According to the method, it is possible to simplify a manufacturing process of the piezoelectric resonator and raise the yield of the resonation structure from a green body in the manufacturing process. The method includes preparing a base structure, a protection structure, and a green body. The green body has polarized electrodes on selected two different surfaces, respectively. The green body has crystals having polarization axes aligned parallel to each other toward a predetermined direction. Resonant plates are formed by cutting the green body and the polarized electrodes to a predetermined width. Resonant electrodes are formed on the resonant plates. Resonation structures are formed by cutting the resonant electrodes and the resonant plates. Finally, a piezoelectric resonator is formed by interposing the resonation structure between the protection structure and the base structure.

The surface mounted resonator includes: a cap means having upper and lower cap means, wherein the lower cap means has a vibration groove and the upper cap means has cap terminal connection electrodes; a resonance means disposed under the cap means and including upper, middle and lower resonance means, each of which has resonance electrodes and resonance holes disposed around the resonance electrodes; a condenser means having first to fifth condenser means sequentially stacked under the resonance means, wherein the first condenser means has another vibration groove, the second to fourth condenser means have condenser electrodes, and the fifth condenser means has condenser terminal connection electrodes; and connection wires for connecting the condenser terminal connection electrodes and the cap terminal connection electrodes, wherein the connection wires are disposed in contact with the resonance electrodes and the condenser electrodes, the vibration grooves in the first condenser means and the lower cap means are opposite to each other, and the resonance means is disposed in contact with the cap means and the condenser means at upper and lower surfaces.

    摘要: A volume holographic data storage(VHDS) system incorporates therein a tapered optical fiber for generating a speckle beam pattern from the tapered optical fiber for increasing the amount of holograms to be stored into a photorefractive crystal. The VHDS system includes a light source for generating a coherent light beam, a beam splitter for splitting the coherent light beam into a reference and a signal beams, a storage medium for storing the multiple holograms thereinto, a mirror for directing the signal beam to the storage medium, a coupler for coupling the reference beam to the tapered optical fiber, wherein one end of the tapered optical fiber has a tapered structure to give perturbation in the form of a speckle pattern to the reference beam from the tapered optical fiber and the reference beam containing the speckle pattern travels to the storage medium after being transmitted through the tapered structure, thereby the speckle pattern reference beam interfering with the signal beam in the storage medium.
