摘要: In the method of fast-charging of a rechargeable battery, full-charge state is determined on the basis of a peak battery voltage or a decrease &Dgr;V in the battery voltage after the peak voltage. At the beginning of the fast-charge process, an initial battery voltage is measured. In case where the initial voltage is higher than a preselected voltage, the battery is fast-charged with a normal fast-charge current. In case where the initial voltage is lower than the preselected voltage, the battery is fast-charged with a restricted fast-charge current that is weaker than the fast-charge current.

摘要: The present invention provides a timing chain drive device which has high mechanical strength of the timing chain contact surface and small sliding resistance, and which, even when being brought into contact with a timing chain running at high speed, is difficult to wear. A first chain guide and a second chain guide, which give tension to a timing chain so as to prevent the timing chain from being slackened, are arranged, and a plurality of rollers, each of which is supported by a rolling element, are arrayed in each of the first chain guide and the second chain guide so as to be brought into contact with the timing chain.

摘要: A pressure-regulating valve in which the pressure of a functional liquid fed to a primary chamber from a functional liquid feeding means is regulated by opening and closing a valve body, the functional liquid is fed to a secondary chamber, and the functional liquid is fed from the secondary chamber to an inkjet-type functional droplet ejection head; wherein the valve body has a valve body main body that directly opens and closes with respect to a valve seat, the valve body main body being provided to the primary chamber; and a valve holder including a holding part that holds the valve body main body and an actuating shaft that comes in contact with a pressure-receiving membrane, the actuating shaft extending concentrically through the communication flow passage from the holding part; the actuating shaft is formed so as to taper to a point toward the pressure-receiving membrane; and the communication flow passage is formed to have a complementary shape with respect to the actuating shaft.

摘要: A first nonvolatile storage device has a higher access speed in a continuous access than a random access and a second nonvolatile storage device has a higher access speed in the random access than the continuous access. The information processing apparatus selects a first storage method in which an amount of continuous data is larger than an amount of random data if data stored in a volatile storage device is saved in the first nonvolatile storage device, and selects a second storage method in which an amount of random data is larger than an amount of continuous data if the data stored in the volatile storage device is saved in the second nonvolatile storage device, and saves the data stored in the volatile storage device into the specified nonvolatile storage device using the selected storage method when a predetermined condition is satisfied.
