    摘要: An Al—Mg—Si series alloy ingot consisting essentially of Si:0.2-0.8 wt %, Mg:0.3-0.9 wt %, Fe:0.35 wt % or less, Cu:0.20 wt % or less and the balance of aluminum and inevitable impurities is prepared. The alloy ingot is homogenized, then subjected to rough hot rolling and finish hot rolling, and finally to cold rolling. One of the rough hot rolling is controlled such that material temperature immediately before one of the rough hot rolling is from 350 to 440° C., cooling rate between one of the rough hot rolling and rough hot rolling subsequent thereto is 50° C./min or more, material temperature immediately after one of the rough hot rolling is from 250 to 340° C. and plate thickness immediately after one of the rough hot rolling is 10 mm or less. The cold rolling is controlled such that rolling reduction is 30% or more.

    摘要: An automatic programming apparatus is provided to generate a NC program for processing a roll having a cylindrical part and axle parts. The apparatus includes a roll-profile setting module, a process-condition setting module, a process-order setting module and an automatic programming module. The roll-profile setting module establishes dimensional values of the roll between an operator and the apparatus at every locational code, while the process-condition setting module establishes a plurality of process conditions at every process code, interactively. The process-order setting module combines the locational codes with the process codes at every process order, optionally and interactively, so that the process order of the cylindrical part and the axle parts is set while allocating any one of the process conditions. The automatic programming module generates the NC program for executing a series of roll process, on the basis of the combination of the process code and the locational code set by the process-order setting module.

    摘要: A catalyst for cleaning exhaust gas comprises a carrier and a coated layer applied onto the surface of the carrier which comprises an aluminum oxide, a cerium oxide, a zirconium oxide, a nickel oxide, an alkaline earth metal oxide and a noble metal catalytic component. The catalyst can be prepared according to a method which comprises the steps of coating the surface of a carrier with a slurry which comprises active alumina, a cerium compound, a zirconium compound and a nickel compound, drying the coated carrier and then calcining it to complete the carrier, then impregnating the carrier with a solution comprising a catalyst component of a noble metal, drying, then immersing it in a solution of an alkaline earth metal compound, drying the immersed carrier and then calcining the carrier. The catalyst for exhaust gas-cleanup is highly sensitive to HC and CO around the theoretical mixing ratio and within the rich-region and is excellent in durability.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method of producing an integrated circuit package, wherein portions of The package are electroplated by getting a direct electrical connection with each of lead pins joined to a package substrate. The electrical connection is obtained by force-fitting each of the lead pins in corresponding one of openings formed in a plating jig made of an electrically conductive material for thereby bringing a side surface of each of the lead pins in contact with the jig. The portions of the package are electroplated under the condition where each of the lead pins is held in conduction. After the electroplating, each of the lead pins is separated from the jig through movement in the direction differing from an axial direction of each of the lead pins. Various jigs used for carrying out the above method are also disclosed.

    摘要: A binocular comprising a housing and a pair of first and second optical systems positioned on each side of a central line. Each optical system includes an object lens and ocular lens arranged at a front part and at a rear part of the housing respectively. Further, a light admitting window is placed on the central line between the first and second optical systems for admitting light from an object. A detection module, provided independently of the first and second optical systems is used to output electrical signals which represent the distance to the object. The detection module may include an optical path deflecting means for z-shapely deflecting the light from the light admitting window and for directing the light to a sensor. The binocular is compact and has a hand grip that is designed in order to be holdable and focusable by the use of a single hand.
