摘要: A plurality of excitation elements are disposed on two facing sides of a quadrilateral detection range in a non-piezoelectric substrate, and a plurality of receiving elements are disposed on the other two sides of the detection range so as to face the excitation elements respectively. Surface acoustic waves are transmitted from the respective plurality of excitation elements in two diagonal directions of the detection range respectively, and the surface acoustic waves from the two diagonal directions are received by the respective receiving elements, so that a position of an object in contact with the substrate is detected based on received results in the receiving elements.

摘要: In a solid-state image sensor, first and second column readout lines are provided to each pixel column, pixel rows are divided into pixel rows of first and second groups, the first group is divided into subgroups each formed from pixels of an identical color, the second group is divided into subgroups each formed from pixels of an identical color, signals from pixels of the pixel rows of the first group are output to the first column readout lines, and signals from pixels of the pixel rows of the second group are output to the second column readout lines. Pixels of an identical subgroup in an identical pixel column share a conversion region and an amplification element, a given conversion region and another conversion region included in a pixel column identical to a pixel column of the given conversion region do not intersect with each other.

摘要: A first resist film is irradiated with first exposure light and performing first development, thereby forming a first pattern in a first region including an interconnect trench pattern and forming a dummy pattern in a second region connected to the first region and having a pattern density lower than that of the interconnect trench pattern. Then, the first resist film is hardened, and a second resist film is formed on the hardened first resist film. After that, the second resist film is irradiated with second exposure light and performing second development, thereby forming a second pattern in the first region. When forming the second pattern, an opening made of the first pattern and the second pattern and including the interconnect trench pattern is formed in the first region, whereas in the second region, an opening in the first dummy pattern is filled with the second resist film.

摘要: At vehicle stop judgment time t1, a first engine automatic-stop control permission judgment, based on idle stop permission conditions by which an instant permission judgment can be possible, is carried out. If a result of the first engine automatic-stop control permission judgment at time t1 is “permitted”, the second engine automatic-stop control permission judgment, based on an idle stop permission condition which requires a certain time for the judgment, is initiated, and an electric oil pump ON (drive) command (the test drive command) is issued. At time t2 at which an actual drive of the electric oil pump in response to the test drive command is detected, it is judged that a failure of an electric system of the electric oil pump and a foreign matter-biting failure of the electric oil pump do not occur, then a failure judgment of the electric oil pump becomes “normal”. This judgment is completed before time t3 at which the second engine automatic-stop control permission judgment ends, and both of “permitted” of a result of the second engine automatic-stop control permission judgment and “normal” of the failure judgment of the electric oil pump, an idle stop ON command is not outputted.

摘要: An acceleration detection device for detecting detected acceleration of a vehicle is provided with a stopped acceleration detector, an acceleration change detector, an acceleration estimating unit and a correcting unit. The stopped acceleration detector detects a detected stationary acceleration value when the vehicle is stopped on a sloping road based on an acceleration sensor signal from an acceleration sensor mounted on the vehicle. The acceleration change detector detects an acceleration change associated with the vehicle transitioning from a stationary state to a driving state on the sloping road based on the acceleration sensor signal. The acceleration estimating unit estimates an estimated stationary acceleration value based on the acceleration change that was detected by the acceleration change detector. The correcting unit corrects the detected stationary acceleration value based on a deviation between the estimated stationary acceleration value and the detected stationary acceleration value.
